This is an amazing unit, compact but yet powerful in its softening ability. Top it off with amazing customer service, I would highly recommend Nick and his team as well as this softener. We had a 16 year old water softener (major brand) that started having issues and we made several repairs but nothing fixed it. We did not want to spend lots of $$’s to replace. I did some research and we decided to try the iSpring model WCS50KG.For us the installation was fairly easy but we are very mechanical and the plumbing existed from the other softener we had. Getting the settings correct took 2 to 3 weeks. We wanted the same level of soft water (or softer) that we’ve had for 16 years. Everything is working correctly, water may be softer than the prior unit and it’s awesome.The unit comes set at maybe a midway point for water softness. We made adjustments and also set it up as if we have 5 people in the home. It’s been in service for about 5 to 6 weeks and we have had no issues.We also had some questions and reached out to the manufacturer. They were very responsive and helpful.Would definitely recommend this product.

The unit was delivered on time. The customer technical supports are always available and knowledgeable to answer for any technical issues during installation, commissioning, and operation of the unit. The unit looks well built and made of good quality of materials. The interface panel is easy to navigate during the initial setup. I highly recommend this product.

I liked the relative ease of installation except for a blip in the manual that we went over with the service people. Phone was answered on the first ring and no waiting or button pushing to get to a very helpful person. Was not redirected to India. The only complaint i have is that not everyone has 1 inch supply lines, mine are 3/4 inch so I had to go to a store to find some reducers since they do not make hoses with 1 inch to 3/4 inch fittings (extra $32 spent). Would be nice if they offered either 1 inch or 3/4 fittings when ordering.

I purchased my product in April and it had an issue with the head unit not getting power. I contacted iSpring and they sent me a new head unit within a couple days. I appreciate the timeliness in resolving my issue. Thank you!

Ordered this over 30 days ago. I called Don prior to ordering this to ensure it would arrive in a timely manner, and delivered in an upright fashion per the manufacturer's recommendation. Don assured me both would happen. It took 26 days to deliver, and I was told to refuse it if it was on it's side. iSpring did very little to remedy this situation, I would have to have gotten into the install and then needed to RMA it, It would have been the biggest headache ever.

We ordered this softener to replace the expensive Culligan rental we were using. Not only does it take up FAR less space, but it works very well, and will pay for itself in about 9 months. We've been using this for about one week now and are already noticing a big difference in our showers and how clean our clothes are coming out of the washing machine. I highly recommend this softener.
