Such an amazing company to work with! I’m renovating a home and I ordered this whole house system months ago. When the plumber opened the Valve Assembly box he discovered that it arrived broken. This was far past the 30 day Amazon return policy so I contacted iSpring. I sent them the required information and within a few days I had a new Valve Assembly arrive!! Top notch customer service at its best. I can’t recommend this company enough!!! If you’re looking for a whole house water system, this is the one!!! Don’t hesitate, but it now!

Our well water has high sulfur content which reacts in the water heater making hydrogen sulfide gas so the hot water smells like rotten eggs. This filter completely removes the smell of rotten eggs and only uses air so no chemical addition is needed. Also, our water has high arsenic (20 ppb) and although not advertised for arsenic removal, this filter removed most of the arsenic (5 ppb after filter). (The do not drink limit for arsenic is 10 ppb.) I’m very happy with this product!

When the package arrived, it was damaged and missing the extra parts. Amazon had me contact iSpring and Julius with iSpring did an excellent job with handling the situation and sending these parts to me as soon as possible. I have not installed the water filtration system yet so I cannot give 5 stars.

I talked with NICK and he did not try to up sell their products but he carefully walked me through the process to find the most suitable water filter for my parents house. He helped me to find a local well water tester to get a professional test done. Then I shared with him the results so he can recommend the right filter. I previously paid $4850 (oooch!) for the water filter from a local company for my house. I paid only $1670 for ispring water filter for my parents house it will last 10 years. This works extremely well for rust. Glad we bought it. Rust was ruining my bathroom. I have to had to use harsh chemicals to remove rust since we installed this.
