Best vitamins. Take when I feel I am getting sick and causes me to not get sick and decrease all symptoms

As soon as I see someone near me is sick that I have to be around I start taking this and I either don’t get sick at all or have a very mild case compared to them. Recommend but fyi, it tastes awful.

Somewhat helpful to boost the immune system

Excellent product with very strong garlic odor that emanates from your skin and lasts for days even after showering. It contains many "alternative health items." Expensive product but it is cheap compared to what you would pay to buy each item individually. Effective in managing "allergies, asthma, colds and flu." Not a cure, but helpful to manage symptoms. I work part time so the odor doesn't bother me on days I don't work. I go off 2 days before work and I stay off until I have another 4 days off. Has used this product for years with good results, but may not be for everyone.

This really works if you feel like you are catching a cold or coming down with a bug. We like the capsules better than the tablets for ease of swallowing. We have told our family and friends about Wellness and they now use it too.
