When I received the adult punching bag and assembled it, I discovered a crack on the plastic base on the bag. I used Amazon to quickly connect me with the seller. They were quick to act, and rather than send the entire set back for replacement, they sent a new bag to me in 4 days. I bought this bag for my youngest, who is a small 12 year old. It is sturdy and has proper height adjustment for him and an adult.

The media could not be loaded. This reflex bag ,BOUTMASTER is great. I set it up in my backyard next to my pull up bar. The quality is good. The metal rod appears to be stainless steel. For added protection I coated the metal and the screws with W-D 40. I cover the punching bag with a barbeque hood , to protect it from the elements. I filled it with water. There is no way to know it down. When I hit hard it swings way down and springs back so you can use it to weave and stay agile and not get hit. The head is a solid rubber/plastic and feels like you are hitting a hard head. Wear MMA gloves at least. I got it to end out my workout and use it at least 10 minutes. On my off days I go longer. I enjoy it a lot and get full benefit.

I totally enjoy the punching bag and if the gloves were a bit larger, I would have given it a score of 5. My 15year old granddaughter found them small for her hands. Seriously as much fun as the Joe Palooka bag my father got me as a child so I could work out with him.

Works as advertised and great arm work out. Kids love it too!

This punch bag was purchased less than a month ago and is extremely poorly made. My 13-year-old son used it for less than 15 minutes a day, and within that short time, the bag went flat and the center pole became loose and unstable. Definitely not worth the money.

The setup is very easy to build. The spring and the way it’s holding the punching bag are not stiff. The metal is cheap; over time, the bag bolt that’s holding the punching bag is going to stress out, causing it to break off and not hold in place. The spring is not in good condition. You should also add WD-40 so it doesn’t squeak. The price is fair for the size and the condition you're paying for.

My knees are painful so my usual walking routine is on hold. Doing chair exercises & wanted to add this reflex ball/bag - it is easy to assemble - I used sand rather than water in the base - needed help with that part. Takes up very little room. It’s easy to move (lean it to one side while holding the upright bar & roll). I’m watching beginner videos and starting to get the hang of it. And it’s fun. Comes with pretty decent boxing gloves too. I think this is fun!
