It is very nice item genuine leather.

I dont like the writing on the case, I don't like flashy looking things showi g what you'recarrying. That said it's as good as the original. I've had my leatherman wave over 25 years and the original case has almost given up. Probably outlast me.

Really good pouch. A lot of the reviewers have commented that there's a lot of elastic, and there is, but it servers a purpose. The elastic at the sides are little elasticated tunnels, perhaps intended to hold the bit driver, or pens etc. and a elasticated pocket in the back of the pouch, I assume to hold bits.I had bought this pouch hoping that it might fit my Leatherman Juice well enough (the pouch intended for my Juice was not good enough for me), sadly it was just too big for that. If You have the appropriate tool for the pouch.The elastic will sag, I have a Wave that is over 10 years old, the elastic has sagged a little at the tops, but not enough to effect performance.

This is my second one of these I'm buying today, I've had my old one now for just short of a couple of years and it is starting to look It's age...slightly...my mate is queing up to snatch my hand off for this pouch as soon as I get my new one because he has a wave too but just the normal leather pouch with no side pockets, the pockets are for me what makes this such a useful item, I can get my Wave in there, a pack of extra bits in the front a sharpener behind it, in one side pouch I have my torch and in the other one I have my Leatherman P4, shame it doesn't send texts....I will certainly recommend this if your in the market for a new pouch for your Leatherman or other multi-tool

I bought this for my Gerber Suspension when a review said it fit. It is outstanding value for money, Gerber UK dealer were unable to offer me a replacement case so I looked to the internet. This not 100% leather but is good enough. I have used mine daily for the last month and the only improvement I would suggest is a magnetic closing clasp but that seems to cost loads more. The press stud is easy enough and lines up well when doing it one handed. I would recommend and buy again without hesitation.

I had the original holder for my TTI which did last for about 10 years now. This is also leather but I don't think it would last that long. It was cheap though, but as others said it is a shame that leatherman cannot produce premium quality holders for the premium quality tools..
