Overall a good product. Capacity is also good. No noise. Cooking ability is also very good because of wattage. Cleaning is very easy

It's been two months since I have purchased this American micronic air fry.First thing I should say the built quality - it is simply superb.You people won't believe, i just loaded it into my car luggage space without its box( I was shifting to a new place so less luggage space).But it was scratch less after almost 3000 km( not joking).Doing all the menu items as per satisfactory terms.We get a big tray for the buck we pay.Over all satisfied, a well made VFM item

This is our First buy of American Micronic products. This is in deed a good, efficient and purposeful product. We are using it on daily role and most of foods are well cooked, tasty, oil free. It is diligent to respond preset mode and I am sure it will do justice as and when we use it more. I encourage buyers to give a try over other prominent brands available in market.

The media could not be loaded. To be honest I didn't know air fryers exist, until my mother had a samosa cooked in an air fryer at her friends house. She liked the oil free samosa and that's when we decided to buy it too. Researched it on the internet and found this one by American Micronics to be very good. We didn't want to spend big on the brands like Philips cause we didn't know if we would develop the taste for oil free food/snacks.It arrived in a very secure packaging, we just unboxed and kept it in the kitchen. It is big in size compared to the pics. I didn't imagine it to be this big, it requires good amount of space, may be how much an oven would require approximately.The fryer doesn't make noise when its on and there should be a decent gap from all 4 sides and top cause the fryer release a very hot air and intakes air from the top. Over all the built quality is very good. The pan and base inside have a very good coating, everything that drips from the pan gets collected in the base and its very easy to remove those stains. Always use scotchbrite yellow soft sponge to clean the pan and base, anything hard and you will scratch the coating.We made fryums, potato smaosa's, spring rolls, baked fish, chicken and everything turned out better than what we expected. Very little oil was used, as good as no oil and everything was very well cooked and crisp from the outside and moist and soft on the inside.You can message American Micronics on whatsapp (find the number in the product description) and ask them for the recipe book. The book is very helpful and they are quick to reply on whatsapp.Time taken approx to cook:Fryums- 3-4 mins, shake after 2 mins at 160 degreesFish- 2 fishes at a time, 4 mins each side at 190 degreesChicken- 4-5 medium pieces, 8-9 mins each side at 190 degreesPotato samosa- 4-5 samosa's, 4mins each side at 200 degreesSpring rolls- 4-5 rolls, 4mins each side at 180-190 degreesYou can try your own settings or alter the setting I mentioned as per your requirements of crispiness and golden color desired.Always pre-heat the fryer before cooking anything, atleast for 3mins at 180 degrees. When cooking fish, chicken it is advised to take a couple of drops of oil on fingertips and rub it on the whole fryer pan before keeping whatever you want to cook, a silicon brush would be ideal actually to apply the oil properly and evenly.

A YT reviewer mentioned that not only did American Micronic Air Fryer have a 2 Year Comprehensive Warranty, it also had a 5 Year Replacement Warranty on Heating Element, Motor and Thermostat. That information convinced me to buy this product. However, I couldn't find any information about the Replacement Warranty, neither on American Micronic's official website nor on the warranty card that came along with the Air Fryer! This was a disappointment. I also found a few areas of the stainless steel finishings on the Air Fryer's edges and handle to be uneven. These uneven finishings will be noticeable upon close inspection. This is just a small issue from the aesthetic perspective and doesn't affect the Air Fryer's look or functionality. I liked this Air Fryer's performance. In general, I am amazed at this cooking technology. It is awesome to cook Non-Vegetarian food with very little oil! The Touchscreen interface is LCD. It is easy and convenient to use. It comes with 8 Pre-Settings. The Air Fryer's temperature and time can also be customised per our requirement. Since it is one of the few brands that has a 1700 W motor as at the time of writing this review, it is quick to warm up and takes less time to cook the dishes. I use several accessories with this Air Fryer to make cooking efficient and cleaning easier.I don't cook my food directly on the surface of the basket. I put the food on a BPA free heat resistant paper or on a silicon plate. This food grade paper and silicon plate ensures that the basket doesn't get unclean, thereby eliminating the need to wash the basket! I also use a stainless steel bowl with built-in stands at the bowl's bottom. This bowl has holes all over it (even at its bottom) in order to cook food evenly in the Air Fryer. I first put the food grade paper in the basket and then place the stainless steel bowl on the paper. The paper catches the oil dripping from the bowl thus keeping the basket's surface clean. This avoid the need to frequently clean the basket which in turn ensures the non-stick coating of the basket remains scratch-free and durable for years to come. One important thing to note is, we must allow the non-stick basket to cool down for at least for 30 minutes before cleaning it with dish water. Failure to do so damages the non-stick coating. This is common knowledge. However a lot of people forget or ignore this and end up spoiling the basket. Most people don't read the manual. This is why they make stupid mistakes like using the Air Fryer by the side of other appliances. I have seen an Amazon reviewer use this Fryer besides a microwave oven one side and some other appliance on the other side while pushing the Air Fryer close to the wall! The lack of sufficient ventilation on the sides will overheat the motor and damage it because this Air Fryer doesn't have overheat protection! The manual mentions to allow at least 10 CM gap on all sides, especially at the back side where the heat exits through a vent. It also recommends to not use the Fryer besides another appliance.Would I recommend this Air Fryer? Yes.1. This Air Fryer comes with a powerful 1700 W Motor to ensure quick cooking.2. It has the 360 Degrees Air Circulation technology for an even cooking.3. In general, it promotes healthy food consumption.4. The LCD Touchscreen interface is simple to use and has been updated to include real Pre-Set icons.5. It is the most affordable 6.5 Litre Air Fryer in the market with all the relevant features.All said, this is my first Air Fryer. Only time will tell me how durable this product really is. For now, I am happy with this Air Fryer. It isn't wrong to surmise that if used as per the given manual, it should not give any issues and should last for a long time (at least for 2 Years as per the warranty). Keep in mind that for warranty and service related issues, this Air Fryer has to be sent to Gurgaon. This is why I recommend people to not trash this product's original boxes, for they will be useful to transport the appliance safely to the service centre in the event of an issue.

I received the order today and I made potato bites and fries.... trust me it was so delicious and crispy like I used to spend high amount in restaurants for the same taste.Also, it looks fabulous in my kitchen. The design is so simple and luxurious.Good Job American Micronics.
