Kinda hard to rate vitamins, yah know. No negative side effects that I can feel....so that's positive.

For the price I think this is highly overvalued, the bottle was gone so fast it feels like only a 2 weeks of servings, on top of that, I know its just a multivitamin but i was hoping to feel something, anything. I picked up some equate multi-v for much less and many more servings.

Dude. Titanium dioxide. Dyes. The list goes on and on. As a health and fitness company I’d expect you to be looking out for my health.

I heard from a friend that it was a good starter protien powder but it really isn’t.
