Good quality and work well for running. Easy to apply and stay on most of the time, though sometimes come unstuck due to sweat. Instantly opens up the airways allowing me to breathe through my nose easily. I have also used them on occasion for sleeping, but haven’t noticed much of a difference in sleep quality.

These work brillliantly, stopped my snoring, and I feeel a bit more refreshed when waking up.Make sure you wash your nose though to remove natural oil from your skin so they ahere properly and stay on all night.

They work really well. I have tried the small and large sizes. I think the larger ones are probably better. Just make sure that you wash and dry your nose before use, else they don't stick very well. They really helped open my airways!Update. My second box of large are definitely less sticky than the first and are a waste of time as they peal off in a couple of hours. I have ordered a second box of medium to see if these are sticky.

These strips work for me. They help me breathe easier at night aiding my sleep.

Bought these after buying the clear ones but needed a size smaller and these were the only ones I could find.These are not the same, they nearly ripped my skin off to remove them and left me with a rash.I was fine with the clear ones.And they didn't even do what they're supposed to do.

I wanted to take my time before reviewing this product allow me to test it out properly. At first they seemed a little large so I cut them but you don't need to do that... they are exactly the right size; you just need to position them correctly! Also the main USP about this brand is you can remove the nose strip without hurting the skin. They last all night but you don't feel like you're stressing your skin on removal.

Pretty good, they help reduce my snoring a bit and improve my sleep. They stay on better than their generic version. Not many strips for the price .
