Sound quality is decent and the battery life goes for at least two hours. I use them on airplanes and to listen to music while I mow the yard. They do a good job of canceling out most external noise and you do not need to crank the volume to hear music or dialog.

These were great for our international trip. The Noise Cancelling worked with both Bluetooth and wired. Many of the others we tried did not have the noise cancelling work with the wired option, which we needed for the plane ride. The sound quality and noise cancelling were of great quality. We bought other ones more expensive and these outperformed them.

I tried this connected to my TV, and 2 different tablets, all via Bluetooth.. I had no problem with any of them.. I then tried to connect it to my one tablet via the cord and it was a bit glitchy.. I could not get it to connect very well.. But then, I turned the cord around.. The end that was in the tablet, I put in the headset, and vise versa, and it started working with no problems.. Not sure why.. Small glitch??The sound was pretty good.. I saw some people complain about the sound, so it had me wondering.. I just want decent sound.. I am not an enthusiast, but I want something better than basic sound.. Maybe the quality of sound that was in most cars 25 years ago.. and this did that with no problem..I have a large head, and this fit me with no problem.. In fact, the sides extend, and i did not even need to extend them to get them to fit me.. This was a first.. So fit was good..These have a nice comfortable feel too them.. Enough pressure to hold them in place, but not so much that it will bother you using them over a long length of time.. Very comfortable..I did find that while using them, they did seem to slip a bit, so they did have to be adjusted every once in a while.. Not a big deal.As with anything that covers you whole ear, they will make you sweat over time.. So you will want to take a break every once in a while to let your ears cool off.. But that is to be expected.I did see one person complain about how you can not use it while charging it, and it has to have power to run it, even with it plugged in via the 3.5mm cord.. Honestly, I am not even sure why they were complaining about this.., These are powered headphones.. 3.5mm jacks are used to send a signal for the sound.. They are not meant to send power to power anything other than sound.. So it is expected that something with circuitry will need power, which is why it will need to draw power off of the battery to work.. Don't want to do that, then get something with nothing but speakers.The other thing I thought was kind of off about that comment.. Lets think about this.. These have a 75 hour run time.. That is the equivalent of about 3 days of non stop use.. They are complaining about having to charge something once every 3 or more days?? I am pretty sure that you can find the time to do that once every few days, even if it is while you are sleeping..Overall, for $35, these are much better and nicer than what I expected for the price.. So far, that one cord glitch is the only problem that I have found, and all that I needed to do was flip the cord around to fix that problem.. So am I happy with them?? Definitely.. and I love the fact that I can use these on both, portable MP3 players through the cord, or through bluetooth for other devices.. Yes, I would definitely recommend them for the price.

This is the second pair of headphones I have purchased and I am very satisfied with their performance. They are the best noise canceling headphones that I have been able to find. I have very noisy upstairs neighbors and heavily rely on the noise cancelling feature of these headphones. No other supposed noise cancelling devices come close to the Y8 pair. Also they are very comfortable to wear. I can actually sleep wearing the Y8. I definitely recommend these headphones!

These sound great!! The ANC works good at blocking out ambient noise and they are very comfortable over the ears! I’ve had Sony the last two times and get about four years out of them so we will see how long these hold up with yard and tractor work.

I got my son a pair of these headphones and liked them so much, I picked up a pair for myself. The ANC works great, and they’re very comfortable to wear for long periods. I use mine for music, Zoom, and Google Meet. The built-in mic picks up sound pretty well, but I use a boom mic that connects through the 3.5mm plug and then plug directly into my computer. Just note—power has to be on for ANC to work, but you can use them without power if you’re not using noise cancellation.

Bought these for my daughter as a first headset and ended up buying myself a pair. The quality is way above what I expected for a -40$ Headset. Better than the Gen 2 beats i have... more comfortable too. However, I am no Audiophile and my opinion should be taken lightly.
