Is this a cheap plastic toy or real asset to my security system?
All I can say is it looks like a toy and you can break in 10 different ways. I gave it to my son so he can have it on his bedroom door because in this neighborhood you have to trust your front or back door security and with this product, I do not feel like it can keep intruders out, it just makes them target my house even more....

Doesn't work after 1 week!
Read the bad reviews cuz they are true. After 1 week the thing doesn't work. First it kept beeping thinking someone was using the fingerprint option. We finally got it to stop but it drained 2 sets of batteries within 1 week. So now we can't even use it other then using the physical key. Waste of money. My sister is working with the seller but it's taking forever. They claim they'll send a new one out so they must know about the issues.

Cheap product
Second week the handle only opens up but not down and now eats battery’s every few weeks and now only manual key works to open it find another brand low quality

It doesn’t work!! I’ve had it for a month and it stopped working and I cannot reset it or send it back

Garbage mechanism
There is a defect in the locking mechanism of this not so smart lock. I would warn against purchasing this item. I thought it was a one off and ordered a second. It happened again.

Awful. Outside handle does not connect with inside one and therefore you can not open the door from outside
