It is something I have had before .

Easy to use , take one each morning for constipation.

It's not so bad, but it's flavoured and sweet. Should have a more "neutral" flavour.

Firstly I'm going to say that the way it congealed together is like drinking gone off jelly made of sand. You can't mix it and drink it quick enough. I don't like orange or lemon so I bought it plain - why did I think it wouldn't really have a taste?? Its absolutely grose. I tried even adding syrup flavourings (made it worse), food flavouring, adding it to my SlimFast milkshake and let's face it nothing is going to rid me of the taste so down in one and deal with the awful texture............ That said DOES IT WORK?? YES!! Sorry TMI but 'regular' for me has always been 1-2x a week...... Always. And now it's about half hour after I've drank this assuming I haven't gone in the last 24 hours. Its helped so much especially when I have really bad menstrual period constipation. So in short.. Yes it works but maybe buy the flavoured ones..
