Why did you pick this product vs others?:I never write reviews. I have wanted something like this item for yrs. I read reviews about the small hand held and decided I needed something with a bigger holding tank. My 1st project, my AC vent. I can't take it off so it frustrated me. I used this on it 1st. It did a great job, considering I have pets. I didn't read the directions...because I am one of those people. Easy to set up, I only used one attachment. It worked very well. Make sure you use the gloves that come with it. Once I cleaned the AC grate, I worked on the baseboard near it was excellent! Yes, you have to take a cloth to wipe. It beats scrubbing...nasty areas. It comes with a cloth, but have extra on hand. Read the directions...lol. I haven't figured out how to turn it off without unplugging it. Overall..very pleased on the hardest cacked on pet hair. I can't wait to use it around the house in other areas! Good buy.

This is an amazing steam cleaner. It is very well thought out and makes cleaning parrot aviaries easy. 2 large aviaries would take 8 hours to clean and scrub. It now takes 2 hours with this steam cleaner. And I just have to wipe down the bottom of the cages after to collect all the debris it blows out. This steamer does not contain any harmful PFOAS or any non stick materials. I checked. But they suggested birds not be in the same room since they have sensitive air sacks. The steam from cleaning could bother them, better to be safe than sorry. I opened all the windows and they were fine in another room with towel under the door and air filter on. The hot steam will also kill mites and other unwanted bug's and eggs. The steam gets into all nooks and crannies.This unit comes with every cleaning head you can imagine and a email to request up to 2 free packs of replacement parts. If you have any issue with the cleaner, just send a email and they are on the problem within hours.

It's been a month and couple of weeks of using this Steam Cleaner. I really enjoy how it works. It have very comfortable size to use, it's not heavy at all and really easy to use. At home it's, perfectly cleans and disinfect the bathroom tiles and in-between them. At work - it's great to melt the ice, before the repair.I really enjoyed using it, but sadly, after month and couple of weeks it stopped making steam. I couldn't replace it on the Amazon, but the great team of Gautye came to my help! The customer service representative was very polite and helpful, they sended me a replacement very quickly and I'm happy, because I really like how this steamer works and his very comfortable to use dimensions.I highly recommend this steamer!

My first one had a leak on the bottom stopper. I contacted customer service, they sent me a new one and it works well. It creates decently hot steam but water drips out occasionally. It’s intuitive to set up and use and knowing their customer service helped me quick was a huge benefit. I like how long the hose is and I have used it to clean numerous surfaces so far, each time happy with the ease and result. It is just steam so it is no miracle cleanser, but it helps you soften and lift stains or other stuff you might be scrubbing at for a while so it is worth using in combination with other cleaners, it saves you scrubbing time for sure.

We have a couple of nagging spots on rugs around the house for 2 years now & all I was aware of was either (1) pay a professional steam cleaner or (2) get a large steam cleaner with a bin on wheels…none of the options that I liked….until I saw this little gem, read its description and saw the low price. Bought it, tried it and after a little more than an hour, all the spots are gone. Really impressed at how portable and yet effective this machine is. And I can store it away in its box and hardly take any space. The Amazon pics were too tiny to see what all the attachments were, I was just expecting a pipe with steam coming out of it, but once I got the attachments in my hand, I’m amazed at the utility of it..there is an attachment for practically every type of scenario you’d encounter!So, it’s a keeper!
