Great for Minecraft fans
I have two huge Minecraft fans in my house and they both loved these. They are quite small (compared to others) and have great details. My kids loved the iconic images and had fun building nether portals, furnaces, and whatnot. The magnets inside are loose, and sound like little rattles, with an audible "clink" as you join them to other blocks. My kids find that fun, but beware if your kiddo has strong sensory preferences. My kids have several brands of these magnetic blocks, and unfortunately they're all different sizes. These are the smallest of any we own. It makes them hard to play with together, so make sure you measure if you're looking to add to an existing collection.

A new favourite
My kid is Minecraft obsessed and these blocks are a great way to engage his creativity away from the screen. This set comes with 100 blocks which my son assures me are very familiar to basic Minecraft and their magnetism makes it easy to create different builds and worlds as your imagination takes you.As a families with disabilities I was very intrigued by the magnetism aspect as these blocks are much easier to connect than other building blocks and therefore easier for those with weakness in the hands allowing for equal participation. My son's already asking me to find similar sized blocks representing different "biomes" so he can expand his builds in real life.

Great STEM toy. Highly recommended
The 100 cubes, each 2cm x 2cm x 2cm, are magnetised so that you can build them into strange and fantastic shapes. Now put them down and let the kids have a go!Yes, they are designed for children from age three, but adults can also enjoy them as well. For safety, if you have younger children avoid a trip to A & E by having your older children play with the set in a different room. Maybe have a maths session at the end and count if you still have 100 cubes in sight.Just like the old favourite Lego, this brings a twist and a modern approach to learning through play. As a scientist, I love STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) and the idea of children learning about science through play. They may not realise what’s happening but adults will. Problem-solving, maths skills, and hand-eye coordination are just a few of the skills they’ll be improving upon. For some older children, once they’ve played a good few times, give them a task and a time limit with a prize at the end, if they are successful. The only downside is the price. It is expensive (not too dissimilar to Lego, I suppose) but still worthy of five stars and highly recommended.

2cm blocks 100 pieces
We have received multiple sets of these magnet blocks. This set is very good! I love how it comes with special pieces, treasure boxes and TNT. My son loves the mine game and building block sets so these are right up his alley. It is a good starter set, the pieces are quality built and stick together well.If you want to get multiple sets of these types of blocks, you need to pay attention to the size. Some sets are bigger than others and sellers don’t always note the size of the block in their description. This set is small 2cm blocks. I think it’s a good size and I prefer it over the larger block sets. This will fit with other sets that have 2cm blocks. This set gets 4 stars, because although the blocks are quality, the picture they use to advertise their product is misleading. You would need multiple sets at least to create that build. They do tell you and show you the number of pieces you receive, but it’s hard to understand that those wont build what you see in the picture with just this one set. Just keep note of that. This one also doesn't have a storage bag.But overall, I think it’s a good value. These magnet blocks are very cool.

Excellent blocks, albeit a bit small
It is described in the product description that these blocks are 2 cubic centimetres each, but when you get the actual product everything from the box to the blocks just seems so small. Definitely not as cool or what you'd expect with the product photos in the listing as there's no real sense of scale until you open it up and start messing around with them. That said - these sorts of blocks are not cheap and considering you get 100 of them, it's OK value. Not great - but am knocking off a star for this as they are dear and I'm really not sure how long a limited play set with limited designs can keep a kid's interest. I suppose if you have other blocks of exact same size you can mix and match. They are manufactured and designed to a high standard - strong, smooth material and the magnetism works well. They are brightly colored and the blocks themselves are sealed so the colours / patterns won't fall off (no cheap stickers). So this has the benefit of holding up to play and being knocked around the floor. There is something very calming playing with these as an adult and cool for kids as they "clack" together when you connect them and it's just a very tactile experience. This is a fun set to play around with - and built to last so if your kid gets bored of them they can be passed on. I can recommend these!
