Fabulous vehicle! My 8 yr old was fascinated with the smoke feature, loves the lights and sound! It could be a little faster and the battery is a beast to unclamp from the charger, BUT I would purchase again. Very fun toy!

It is ok, wish you could adjust the speed.

The media could not be loaded. I got this for an upcoming White Elephant Gift Exchange with my adult children. Five are boys and you know they never seem to outgrow toys like this.Overall, I really like this unit but you do need to be a bit of a detective because outside of a slight explanation on the box, there are no directions. That’s annoying but the little directions you are given do tell you what the buttons on the remote do, which is helpful. The directions do not tell you how to make the car smoke, though, and that was tricky to figure out. I’ve shown in pictures 6 and 7 how the piece pulls off in the back to reveal a spot for the water. Once you fill up the water, press the correct button on the remote and the smoke comes out like in picture 2.In photo 3, I have shown the accessories that come with the car. The non functioning lights go on top where the front windshield is. The shovel goes on the back “tire” spot. There is only one purple battery shown in the photo, but this car comes with two batteries so you can charge one while you’re using the other. At the time of the photo, I had the second battery in the car and forgot to remove it for the photo. In photo 4 you can see how to charge the battery you plug it into the cord and in photo 5 you see the battery charging. When charging, a red light comes on that turns off when the battery is fully charged.So do you need to charge the battery before someone uses it? Obviously that would be nice, but if you’re forgetful like me and want to use this straight out of the box, the batteries come with some amount of charge. The video is the car running on a battery straight out of the box.Using the remote you can turn the sound on and off as well as the lights. Obviously the remote also moves the car front and back and changes the direction of the wheels.Overall, pretty sweet car that drove nicely and performed as advertised.
