The menu system despite being able to enter it from the display requires the remote control. Unfortunately the remote doesn't work so you're basically limited to it's default settings and HDMI input.- The included remote control manual has nothing to do with the remote you received.- there are no instructions for the monitor.There is a mounting bracket for use on a tripod maybe it's for the teleprompter this panel is sold as an accessory for...?

The product arrived yesterday as a barebone product with the a European power plug with round prongs instead of US compatible flat prongs -- and had no manual! Basically, the product was unusable! However, I managed to find a compatible power plug from a similar product that I had purchased years earlier, and it fixed the power plug problem. However, I still had a problem getting the monitor to work as it was flickering wildly upon installation. I was ready to return it to Amazon -- when it suddenly started working normally -- without any intervention from me!Once the product started working normally, it was a joy to use because it functioned seamlessly as an inverted monitor and text and pictures appeared perfectly on the mirrored teleprompter (in addition to my regular 4K 32 Inch LG monitor). For that, I give it a 5 star. But had I not have a replacement power plug, I would have give it a single star -- if that! Also, a manual would definitely help.I believe that this kind of monitor can transform the teleprompter industry with its native inverted display, but if a switch can be added that inverts and un-inverts the monitor, it would be even better.Finally, I would like to point out that the monitor also comes with all sorts of inputs from HDMI, VGA, USB and other inputs, and I use it with a Glide Gear enclosure.
