Used this on my bathroom sink as my daughter and I both cut each other’s long curly hair and though we put a plug in the basin, there was still some hair went down the drain and after 5 yrs the sink wasn’t draining well.Poured it into the plug hole before bed, left it over night, and was able to freely run the tap full force to wash any away that had been on the plug hole 1st thing the next morning. Didn’t even need to use the plunger to help it.Worked like a charm, no strong smell just a powerful drain cleaner.Used down bath plug hole too, bath drains much faster now!

Always in my cupboard! I find this to be the best drain unblocker on the market, able to deal with hair, soap scum build up and more. This bundle was a good price compared to my supermarket at the time.

I used the Mr Muscle Drain Unblocker on a slow-draining bathroom sink and later on a kitchen drain that had started backing up. It's a thick gel formula that claims to work three times better than bleach and is safe for all pipes.What I liked:Works fast on mild to moderate blockages - In the bathroom sink, it cleared the clog in about 15 minutes. Water started flowing normally again without any plunging.Heavy gel sticks well - Unlike thinner cleaners, this one stays where you pour it. It clings to the blockage instead of running straight through.No strong chemical smell - It has an odour, but it's not overpowering or irritating like some other products.Safe on pipes - Used it on plastic and metal drains with no issues or visible wear. Didn't need to worry about damage.Good value in the duo pack - Two bottles means you're covered for multiple uses or tougher blockages.What I didn't like:Struggles with tougher clogs - It didn't fully clear the kitchen drain on the first try. I had to use a second dose the next day.Needs time to work - Even though it's labelled "fast-acting," you still have to leave it for at least 15 minutes or longer for deeper blockages.Cap design is messy - The bottle cap drips after pouring unless you wipe it down, which is annoying if you store it under the sink.Final thoughts:Mr Muscle Drain Unblocker is a solid, easy-to-use option for everyday clogs in sinks, showers, and drains. It's not magic on major blockages, but for routine maintenance or minor slow drainage, it does the job without harsh fumes or pipe damage. The duo pack is decent value if you want to keep one in the house as backup.

Didn't think this would work as our sink blocks so often over the years but this did the trick for 2 plugs and haven't had to go and buy again.Cleared blockages, cleaned and have a normal speed of drainage (for once)!

Used half a large bottle in my bath drain and the other half on the sink. Cleared the obstruction beautifully and now the water drains fast. Only drawback is that it isn’t suitable for metal sinks so no good in my kitchen

This product worked for me on a sink where the water was draining away, but very, very slowly. I initially removed the U-bend and cleared some gunk out, which did make a small improvement but the water still drained away really slowly. The angles of the drain after the U-bend were impossible to access so I used this product. It seems very wasteful pouring the whole 500ml down the drain (so close to just pouring money down the drain!) but I did. The instructions say leave 5 minutes but I actually left it for several hours and then poured a kettle of the boil water down the drain, followed by running the hot tap for a while. The result? The water now drains away perfectly, never been better! So, my experience is that this product definitely works! Certainly worth a go before investing in plumbers or more expensive approaches.
