The Ultimate Outdoor Smart Watch!
The Kospet T3 Ultra GPS is a rugged military grade smart watch perfect for all outdoor activities. The watch is shock proof, dust proof and waterproof and includes GPS and a digital compass. All essential for any outdoorsman. The T3 Ultra has also passed 15 military grade tests. The watch comes with a manual (also available online) two watch bands: a rubber band and a stainless steel band. Tools and spare parts are included. I really like the stainless steel band. It fits great, looks elegant and is super rugged. The phone app is easy to use and the settings are very intuitive. Simply scroll through the various screens to access the various watch functions. There is a library of watch faces on the app so you are easily able to choose a favorite. Multiple watch faces are also available on the watch. The watch menu includes biometrics to monitor your health when exercising; including heart rate, blood oxygen and blood pressure. It also monitors your sleep cycle. The menu includes a flash light, stop watch, alarm clock and a calculator. The lower right hand button is assignable to the accessory of your choosing. When paired with your smart phone, the watch rings and you can answer the call on the watch. The Tank T3 Ultra smart watch is a great value and highly recommended. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My Apple smart watch is officially retired.

Nice, but some issues
It's a decent watch. After setting it up I've discovered it has no features my DM4 doesn't have. I got the metal band. It's too tight with a link removed, and too loose with it added. Won't receive text messages for some reason, even though sms reminder is on. Also says Bluetooth not active even though it is. Also has ALL permissions on but tells me they aren't.I'm keeping it because I'm confident I'll figure it out.Updated to 5 stars. Watch isn't compatible with RCS texting but is with SMS texting. I can live without RCS texting for the convenience of getting notifications on my watch.

Update from my previous post from 2 stars to 5 stars
The most recent update of this watch compared to its previous version Tank 2 Ultra, new cousin, the P10 watch.I also love this watch and own the Tank 2 Ultra watch, Tank3 Ultra and now the P10. I had to buy the P10 directly from the Kospet website because I bought it as soon as it was available, and it had not yet been available on Amazon. There is little difference between the Tank 2 Ultra 2 and the Tank 3 Ultra...so i focused my comparison with the previous model as i had more time to test and wear it.With that caveat mentioned, below is a breakdown of the two. Here’s a quick comparison of swimming laps and water-related use between the Kospet P10 and the Tank 2 Ultra (Tankwatch 2 Ultra/Tank3 Ultra). Note: exact specs can vary by firmware, so check your device’s latest updates. I’ve highlighted typical strengths and trade-offs.Quick comparison: Kospet P10 vs Tank 2 Ultra (swimming-focused)1) Water resistance and swim metricsKospet P10**Water resistance: IP68/IP68-like rating often advertised; some models also claim 5ATM. Verify your unit’s rating in the user manual.Swimming features commonly include: basic lap counting, stroke recognition, and pace/heart rate monitoring during workouts.Tank 2 Ultra**Water resistance: Generally rated 5ATM (up to 50 meters) for swimming.More mature swim tracking in many models: automatic lap counting, distance, pace, stroke type detection on many builds, and sometimes more advanced swim metrics (SWOLF, stroke rate, and endurance metrics) with robust GPS/GLONASS support for open-water swim when applicable. The bottom line is that both can handle pool swimming, but the Tank 2 Ultra typically offers more mature swim analytics and broader water-resistance status checks in practice.2) Swim metrics and accuracyKospet P10**Pros: Decent pool lap counting, simple stroke/pacing readouts, decent HR monitoring during laps.Cons: Stroke detection and distance accuracy can be less consistent, with occasional GPS-free measurements or drift in long sessions.Tank 2 Ultra**Pros: More refined swimming metrics (often accurate lap counting, distance, pace, SWOLF, stroke type, stroke rate). If it has GPS, open-water tracking is more reliable.Cons: Higher likelihood of needing firmware updates to optimize swim metrics.Bottom line: Tank 2 Ultra generally provides more advanced and reliable swim analytics.3) Heart rate and health tracking during swimsKospet P10**HR sensor on wrist; works during swims if properly sealed. Sleep/activity features standard.Tank 2 Ultra**Robust HR monitoring with continuous tracking, often better stability during workouts due to more mature sensor tech and software optimization.Bottom line: Tank 2 Ultra tends to deliver steadier HR data during swims.4) GPS and open-water swimmingKospet P10**If equipped, GPS can work for open-water workouts, but many budget models have inconsistent GPS performance and may rely more on pool mode.Tank 2 Ultra**Usually better GPS performance and open-water swim support, including route mapping and distance tracking.Bottom line: Tank 2 Ultra has an edge for open-water swimming.5) Ecosystem and app experienceKospet P10**Kospet app ecosystem, reasonable exercise history, basic analytics, and typical third-party app integration.Tank 2 Ultra**Often pairs with more mature app ecosystems, better workout export options (FIT/GPX), and sometimes more polished coaching and analytics dashboards.Bottom line: Tank 2 Ultra generally offers a stronger data and export experience.6) Battery life in swimming modeKospet P10**Typically decent battery life; swimming sessions drain battery, but basic tracking is efficient.Tank 2 Ultra**Higher-end display and features can use more power; however, it’s designed to last through several workouts depending on settings (GPS on vs off, HR tracking, etc.).Bottom line: Expect similar day-to-day endurance; enable GPS only when needed to conserve battery.7) Durability and usability in a poolKospet P10**Lightweight, good everyday wear; ensure you have a secure strap and proper sealing for pool use.Tank 2 Ultra**Rugged design with trusted waterproofing for swimming; often has better overall build and reliability in wet conditions.Bottom line: Both are pool-friendly, with Tank 2 Ultra typically offering more rugged confidence.Recommendations based on prioritiesIf your priority is detailed swim analytics (lap counts, SWOLF, stroke rate, open-water tracking) and robust GPS support, consider the Tank 2 Ultra as the stronger swimmer-focused option. If you want a more budget-friendly option with solid pool metrics and good battery life, the Kospet P10 is a viable choice—just expect slightly less precise swim metrics and tracking finesse.Quick tips to maximize swimming performance with either watchEnsure the device is properly tightened and wetted before swimming to improve HR accuracy.Verify you’ve enabled pool swimming mode (if available) and set pool length correctly in the app.Keep firmware updated for the latest swim metrics improvements.Calibrate stroke recognition by doing a few test laps if your model offers manual calibration. One can't go wrong with either watch, and given the frequency with which I have enabled the watches to monitor vitals, my battery life is much shorter than the typical default settings, so I end up rotating between the two to avoid potential battery exhaustion during workout times.New updated post: The customer service was excellent, and they refunded my purchase without a hassle. I will be repurchasing this watch because I love it that much! And, when you have a company that stands by their products the way this company does, I will gladly give them as well as this watch, another try. Excellent job, customer service, and company 👏The old post was the following:I bought this watch in October 2024, and have worn it virtually every day until today, January 15th, 2025. I swim 3x to 4x per week in a local swimming pool, and this watch does a great job keeping a record of laps and my vitals. But today, the screen was blank for about 30 seconds while in the pool, then remained blank permanently. It still has a charge, and I've dried it out. I can tell the rest of the watch is working without the screen because it still vibrates, and the back of the watch that measures body info is flashing as usual. The Amazon website says a refund is only available for 30 days. They had me contact the seller, which I just did on their website. I hope they respond and make this right by repairing or giving me a discount or replacement watch. As I said, I loved this watch more so than my Garmin Swim2 watch, but it's still working, and this one isn't. I hate to think that I spent a large amount of money on a watch that didn't last 6 months.

This only rates a Three Star
You can make calls from it. You can use it to speak to the recipient. However If someone calls you, you can't answer on the watch. You also can't play music on this watch, though you can control the music coming from your phone. Just pause, play, and skip. No music menus.

Nice smart watch for the money.
The KOSPET Tank T3 Ultra 2 watch is excellent. Overall. Excellent. Great functionality at a low cost.Battery. Outstanding. I have set out to make health measurements every 5 to 10 minutes. After a 5-day vacation without a charger, the battery only dropped to 87%. I wear the watch continuously and only put it on the charger for 30 minutes while in the showerHealth monitor. Very good. Heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and sleep cycle. I have compared measurements to those in doctor appointments, and all have come very close.Exercise. I have only used Outside Walking, which records time, pace, etc. Accurate. The GPS and altimeter are very good. I walk the dog through a hilly area, and the app shows exactly how many feet I have climbed and descended very nicely. The GPS map is accurate.Display. Crystal clear. Bright. Vivid colors. Can select a watch face display from about 100 options.

THIS IS ABSOLUTE GRABAGE
If I could give LESS than 1 star I would. It has not worked properly since I purchased it. The "customer service" is an endless cycle of email and submitting documentation. Then the email address given to me for further help is not even valid. This watch is a joke and the company is an even bigger joke. If you buy this product you are getting swindled.
