We bought this COMFEE dishwasher to replace our broken 10 year old dishwasher (it did its job). It was chosen because of the price and the variety of features on mode option, and the fact that it was a similar size to our old machine meant that we were replacing the old one straight away. The delivery was quick and 2 professional couriers delivered it carefully to our door (its weight over 42kg). The real thing is pretty much as described online, the basket is well laid out and the brackets on the basket are wide enough to give all sorts of dishes and cups a suitable place to sit and the cups don't tip over. The materials and workmanship inside look confidence inspiring. We spent an hour completing the dismantling of the old machine and the installation of the new one, testing it in an quick washing mode, it seems fine so far.

Dishwasher is spot on but was delivered with some damage on the lid only visible once unpacked

Great size, not only outside, but big capacity inside too and you can wash big pans and oversized plates. Absolutely amazing quality dishwasher. Stylish and modern design plus great washing. Perfect designed big baskets, with full movement. Not noisy. It was easy to install and very understandable washing parameters. Great value for the money

After installation then running a rapid wash to check all was ok this dishwasher completely flooded my kitchen floor due to a faulty seal could see on installation the door wasnt fitted securely as shown in photos have requested a full refund

Excellent machine. Shame the people that installed it didn’t have a clue. Smoking weed outside our house, flooded the kitchen, didn’t have a clue then when asked how to work it they said we haven’t a clue here is the book

This appliance is great value for money. It has great capacity and looks lovely in my kitchen.First time I've bought a large appliance on Amazon and everything from price, delivery, and removal of the packaging was great.

I'm very happy with this dishwasher,does what it's supposed to,for the money paid i can't fault it, would definitely recommend and the service from the seller was excellent

When our £700 Bosch dishwasher died recently we couldn't afford a like for like replacement so, based on the reviews, we went for this one instead. We have, sadly, been quite disappointed.The simple fact is that this is one of those in which you far too often find yourself rewashing a whole load; it just doesn't get properly clean. It's especially bad with glassware, which almost every wash is left with that fine gunk on it which isn't propery rinsed off and then gets baked on, requiring a manual scrub every time. Oh, and we have the second softest water type in the UK, so that's not an issue.The lower plate rack is also of an awful design; it just seems all higgledy-piggledy and doesn't allow you to fit as many plates etc in as the Bosch. Some of the plate racks are too small even for little cheese or dessert plates, and if you stack plates one to a divider they simply don't wash; you have to put them in alternate slots to make sure, which again wastes a lot of space.The drying cycle is also not great; while you can never expect plastics and tupperware to come out completely dry, with this they come out soaking, meaning that as you remove them they drip all over the glasses and mugs etc.Over its ten year lifetime the Bosch was so good at washing that I replaced one failed electronic control panel and two heaters rather than the whole thing; when this one breaks down I suspect we'll simply bite the bullet, get rid of it, and buy another Bosch.Two stars because it's cheap, but the good news for us ended there.
