Great Choice over Other Hydration Multipliers
I really like this product. I have been using the Liquid IV for some time to boost my hydration and I like it a lot. But I have trouble with my feet and legs cramping especially at night and enough to wake me up and keep me up. I have been told magnesium would help and when I look at the ingredients list for the Liquid IV magnesium is not there but it is in this product. I have used Gatorade and other powder and tablet water additives but I hate the salty taste. These taste really good and come in a sugar free option - I am diabetic.

GOOD ingredients and GREAT taste!
I bought this specifically for its ingredients, as it includes several nutrients recommended by my doctor—like magnesium, vitamin B6, B12, vitamin C, and more. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it tastes! I usually dissolve one packet in a 1-liter bottle and sip it throughout the day, about every other day. It makes me feel refreshed and truly hydrated.I've noticed that on the days I drink it, I pee less—so it feels like the hydration is actually getting absorbed into my system. My lips and skin also feel noticeably smoother, which for me is a clear sign of proper hydration. I've been sharing it with friends and family, and they all love it too.Definitely a product I’ll keep repurchasing. 10/10!

Better than liquid IV!
My fave electrolyte powder! I wanted to steer away from liquid IVs due to hearing the about the bad ingredients so I tried this. It’s very tasty and dissolves easily in water. I like the açaí berry and peach tea flavor. I have purchased multiple times.

This still contains sugar a.k.a surclose
I should have looked before i purchased but wanted to try somthing outside of LMT and SALTT for a hydration packet, this tasted crazy sweet first drink i had! I knew instantly! So i looked closer and unfortunately still has sugar in it my mistake honestly but the kids drank it an love it though.(For people wondering what I mean)Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that is 600 times sweeter than sugar. It is a white, crystalline powder that is soluble in water.Chemical StructureThe chemical formula for sucralose is C12H19Cl3O8. It is a chlorinated derivative of sucrose (table sugar)

Delicious no calorie drink
It is delicious! I've tried several no calorie electrolyte drinks and I think this is one of the best! I've had 3 of the 4 flavors only need to drink the punch now. Black cherry is my favorite so far. I'm glad I found this.
