I only buy wet cat food that is grain free. This brand is a good quality. There is not a lot of smell. It doesn't bother my cats with diarrhea, or anything else. My six cats like all of the flavors. Just open the can and dump it in a bowl for them. The price is good for grain free food.

We've been trying to find a better cat food with better quality ingredients and our cats seem to be doing well on this Instinct brand. We have one particular cat - poor fella - he is prone to diarrhea from most cat food varieties. Trying Instinct, so far, has been successful and he has not been near as bad with the digestive issues. All our cats seem to like the different flavors also so that is good. We even got them a bag of the Instinct kibble and they seem to like that too. I would say, if your cat is having problems it might be worth giving it a try to just see how they do on it. Especially if they are diarrhea-prone - I know this helped our kitty out.

Cat loved Instinct varieties offered; especially the Duck & Salmon turned out to be his favorites. Normally, he turns up his nose for canned food, but he really enjoyed these. Excited, now I have special treats for him and when we go camping, and he's good, he has other things to snack on. Thank you.

Not sure how the cats actually felt about this one. I think they like it, but I think the meat pieces are actually too thin for them to lick up or grab with their teefs. So I see a few, to a good bit of the little meat bits left on their plates and bowls. Seems to be quality though.

This is for my Scottish fold who is very picky and needs a different flavor every night. She gobbles this one up with no hesitation.The price is fair and having it available on Amazon makes it easy to stay stocked. Our cat (feral and very, very hungry usually) stopped eating and I thought switching to this food was a good idea based on reviews and research. Threes days into feeding this food and the cat slowly returning to his normal appetite, he started developing diarrhea, so bad that I laugh now but it wasn’t funny at the time. Poor cat had such bombastic runs that poo was outside the litter box, on the bathroom walls and the vanity. After some inquiries I found out that guar gum can be upsetting to some cats and likely the cat already was having some unknown issue that even the vet wasn’t sure about. The vet wanted to do more investigating ($$$) as most vets do, after all blood work, parasite and viral tests came back normal. Next day we switched the food to a rabbit pate, no guar gum, and an amazing probiotic+supplement recommended by a canine friend, but made for felines. It has been 10 days and Mr. cat has returned to normal, locking nice and chubby. Same can be said for my credit card bill, hefty, as the new food is double the Instinct brand and cat takes the extra pleasure of consuming more.
