Don’t even take me 15 mins to remove the old lock and install the new lock. This is the 6th or 7th smart door lock I purchased so far and could be the best among all. Easy and straightforward setting, very easy to understand. Many ways to open the lock, works very well with all methods. I also prefer the dark brown color, match with our home decor. You can track the door opening record from the phone app, more security for home protection.

Easy enough to install. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a simple, reliable lock without all the extra tech. I was looking for something with a password but not as complicated as a full smart lock, and this was exactly what I needed. It's secure, convenient, and does the job well without needing too much technical skills .

I love my new Arpha electronic door lock, there's nothing like being able to open your front door without getting out of bed, you cant forget to lock it because it has a timer that will automatically lock within seconds of closing it. The product arrived on time as usual, and was quite easy to setup. Thank you Amazon!

This product worked great for one year and two weeks, then the lock seized. There was no way to unlock the dead bolt, even the app would not unlock it.

It works well in spot of some poor design decisions and a buggy and poorly designed app.The lock...Works a expected except that uou can register new users but you cannot delete them or change their codes without the app. When you add a video or fingerprint you are given the location where it was saved. It's important to note which location a users code was saved in so you can later link them in the app where they can be maintained.The app...You can register users in the app which requires them to get the app.What you really need to do is register them in the lock section of the app and leave their account name (e-mail blank). This will register them for the lock but not require them to get the app. You can then maintain their codes through the app.You can also link codes and fingerprints registered in the lock with users registered with the app.Adding a code to a registered user through the app doesn't work if the code you want to use has a 0 or 9 in it because of a software bug the won't let you access those numbers.Support...There support people are in the Philippines and their work hours do not align with the US. They do call back when you leave a message and they are very courteous although there was little they could do with the issues I described other than referring them to the "advanced (🤣) engineering team".

this is my second smart lock, fewer features, no video, but worth the money, and the fingerprint lock/unlock is exactly the function needed for my garage side door, good one!
