Mild taste, high smoke point and I use it constantly instead of olive oil. Reasonably priced too.

Really like the consistency of this avocado oil. It does have a high smoking point. It tastes great. Worth every penny. A little bit goes a long way with this avocado oil. Would definitely recommend.

I decided to try this oil because the last time I bought my 100% extra virgin Olive oil from Costco it turned out extremely bad taste.It was far away from expiration day but it still tasted extremely bitter.So I tried this oil and it's cheaper actually than the Costco two liter Italian extra virgin olive oil. I made my first batch of mayonnaise and it turned out perfect absolutely perfect so I'll stay with it

Great for frying. Very little taste but I could still taste it a little. From what I read other frying oils tend to impart more taste. I've used it to replace olive oil for high heat pan frying or searing applications because olive oil tends to get burnt, whereas this stays almost completely clean for multiple batches.

Unfortunately, I didn't discover until out of the 30 day window that the oil is rancid. That's a lot of money to blow because I'm a couple weeks late.
