Kinesis Board for Balance with Micro-Wobble and Naboso Texture used with Exercise in Physical Therapy, Fitness and Home Gym

Excellent tool for improving balance.

I try to practice balance every day as it's very important. I do have a BOSU and a wobble board which I also use from time to time. This little board is quite the challenge!!! I do like the nubbly texture of the citron colored material on the top. It helps your foot to stay in place. I didn't think it would wobble as much as it does, which is great. You can start using it right away. I did watch the video on Balance Body to get an idea of how to use it and I recommend you do so. Basically you balance yourself on one foot for as long as you can. You'll be surprised like I was how easy it is to tip. Once you have mastered that you move on to balance while doing a series of different eye movements - up/down and side to side. It's easy to do, fun and only takes a few minutes out of your day. I'm keeping it under the coffee table and do it while a commercial is on. Try it, it's good for you!! Also , very portable as well as much easier to store than BOSU.

It is so important to maintain one's balance throughout life, so I've been doing balancing stances for many years. I've looked at balance boards and half-balls and all kinds of balance aids, but they are always so big. When I saw how small this balance board was, I knew it was going to be perfect and it is.There are several ways to use this, but I usually just stand on it, with one foot of course, while watching TV. It makes it so easy to improve and maintain balance. I'm really glad I found this - it was round-about through Peter Attia, who wrote the best-selling book, "Outlive" - because it is easy to use, easy to store and makes it so easy to practice balancing. It's very possibly the best balance aid I have ever used!

Love this versatile tool. I have been using it while doing my Indian Club program by Mark Wildman. The Kinesis Board adds another dimension to the workouts that challenges additional core and lower body muscles along with the shoulders while enhancing coordination and neurological engagement.
