I really remember this being a longer and slightly different story. Maybe i am wrong… but just reviewing this book as it is- lovely art work and easy for a 4 year old to follow. He gets in trouble and goes to bed without dinner and enters a fantasy land but feels unloved by the wild things and missed his family. So he wakes up to his dinner in his room.I was hoping for more learning to deal with anger and misbehaving and loving your family even when your upset with them.Maybe I expected too much

This was a gift for my grandson who was going on a trip to the grand canyon. he is 8, and it was a little juvenile for him.

Great joke book for 1st 2nd 3rd graders to have fun with. Short jokes, easy to read, easy to answer. Worth the price.

This was a huge hit with our family!
