Hand shower holder does not swivel so points out spraying horizontally only. Rainfall head does not have an adjustable ball joint. Mixer valve is chromed ABS plastic not brass (but with a brass connector to the riser rail). All nicely made but missing some important features. Disappointed for a well established manufacturer like Grohe.

Overall really solid. If your flow is low you need to remove the flow limiters.

It looks and feels high quality, water pressure is great, simple to install and use. I like it a lot. Decently lightweight too, so hopefully it shouldn't damage any walls.

It may not seem entirely obvious from the photos and the product description, but this is designed to be fitted over a bath.You have a large round waterfall showerhead and a hand held shower attached to the rail. At the base of the rail, you have a mixer tap so you can fill a bath.On the left of the control bar you can switch between bath and waterfall shower. In the middle, you have a lever that allows you to switch between hand held shower and bath tap. And on the right, you have temperature control.The hand held shower offers both rain and jet spray and Grohe have made it very easy to switch between the two even with wet hands.This isn’t the first Grohe shower I’ve owned. There’s a reason they’re sold at a premium price. It because of the quality. They perform well and last for many years.Comes with a 5 year guarantee. Would recommend.

As soon as you open the box and look at the parts (which are all well wrapped and well protected), you can tell that this GROHE shower is superb quality. Everything is well made, and the tap bar in particular feels nice and weighty. We’ve had it fitted in our bathroom. It was pretty much a like-for-like replacement, and the plumber said it was reasonably straightforward to fit (I’ll take his word for it). He also commented on the exceptional quality and said he always recommends GROHE because of their build quality. The controls are easy to use, even with wet hands, and the water pressure is good. It’s a modern, sleek, stylish shower. I particularly like the large shower head. It’s not the cheapest bath/shower mixer but it is premium quality. I’m happy to recommend. No doubt it is good quality product/item - you can see it straight away and feel it. Good material and weight and not the cheap version. Nice design and colour and come with all the stuff you need for installing. Good size - the overhead is just right for me not too big. And the hand shower is decent size as well and can be adjusted also. Now… the price is expensive for me unfortunately.
