Great to have at the office for an impromptu workout. If I get 5 or 10 minutes of peace, I can break this out of my desk drawer and fire off some chest exercises in minutes. Doesn't take up a lot of room, has great resistance levels, and seems really well-made, IMO. The counter on the front is handy, but honestly, I count reps as I do them anyway. I think this is a great piece of equipment to get a quick workout without breaking the bank. Better than that $2,500 treadmill in the basement with clothes hanging on it. You will actually use this.

Let me start off by saying I bought this product because I'm a huge fan of LifeProFitness. I've been using their products for years now (mainly their massage/percussion guns), and I've never had an issue with any of the products that I've purchased from them, (even though they all have lifetime warranties if anything did happen). Ive literally used one of their massage guns nearly daily for the past 6+ years and it still runs exactly the same as the day I bought it, so I wanted to see what else they have been selling lately and came across this product, which looked interesting. Let me say, if you're limited on time or space, this little guy can give you a really solid arm, chest, and shoulder workout in a short amount of time! It's lower levels are great for doing sets with higher reps, but still heavy enough that they give you a solid contraction and burn. It has 20 levels of resistance and let me say that 20 is more than enough for ANYONE to try. I formerly trained for powerlifting, and now am a competitive armwrestler, and there's no need for me to go above 12 or 14 for a great workout. I have been using this a complimentary piece of equipment in addition to my normal routine, for active recovery and as a finisher to some workouts and I've been very happy with it so far. Couple the utility of it with very solid build quality, and the lifetime warranty, and you've got another winner for LifePro Fitness!

I'm the kind of person who feels so out of shape and sync that I need to do a little pre workout before I make my way back to my gym and all the hot bodies in it. This item is compact and affordable, but packs a pretty good punch. There are many ways you can hold the machine differently in order to hit different muscle groups and you can adjust the weight or resistance with the easy click of a button. Perfect for a home gym, or beginners just starting to try to turn that couch potato physique back into something resembling musculature. It's comfortable to use and pretty functional for taking steps to grow some muscle as you like at the level you want to go at. I'm at the novice end, so I can vouch for that, but the thing seems like it can go up to much higher levels of weight which would be able to help those who are further in their fitness journey than I. Wish it had a little zipper sleeve or something to put it in, but overall, great value.

it perfect for home work out! You can do a lot of various exercises to build up your arms. Its quite a good quality build (it is not perfect but very very good. sometimes resistance might briefly ease up but it recovers). Even if it will break or leak in half a year ill keep buying it - its perfect for such price.

Just love this item! Already feeling the effects and seeing the results within weeks of using this device. Well made, adjustable and gives you as arduous of a workout as you want. Highly recommend.

I purchased this to inspire me to work out. Right now, I don't work out yet I was able to successfully use (conquer 🤓) the highest "professional" resistance level right out of the box. I was hoping for higher difficulty settings. I am 6’4" and not exceptionally strong, but I guess this says differently 🙂. I imagine the value of this would be in repetition.

Exactly what I was looking for a quick chest and arm workout. Simple to set up and use. I've only used it once so far, but it seems to be extremely well built and designed. Hopefully will get a lot of use out of this.
