Enjoyed knitting with this yarn
Really liked this yarn. It has a slight sheen so great stitch definition. Beautiful color. The sweaters I made with it turned out lovely. I made one in an olive green and it was gorgeous. I made another on an off white with a strand of mohair held together which gave it a gorgeous halo.

Love but a bit thin
My beginner yarn, where I practice. Feels thinner than a 4mm since I’ve now purchased other brands same size but I love it. Sturdy, does not tangle and looks great. Won’t give you volume on projects at all because its thin but very pretty.

Good yarn, not wool
Good yarn, but be aware that it is 80% acrylic. Had I known this I would have not bought it, but it is nice and soft regardless.

I personally love this yarn because it's not to expensive and I can dye it with kool-aid.

Appears to be a copy cat...not at all what I expected.
I've purchased this product many times and the photo looks okay but, I was surprised at how thin the yarn was and very small packaging. The quality was not the same and it looks cheap and more like baby yarn then yarn for a hand bag.. Very disappointing. Returning.

A fine, soft wool for doing fine mending or for knitting beginners
Lion brand yarn is very good for mending wool clothing such as wool sweaters and socks. The packet size is just right to have on hand for when my husband gets his favorite wool sweater caught on something, making a hole. This Lion Brand yarn is fine enough to use for darning and is easy to get through the eye of a needle.
