This pan set is excellent for low carb meal prep. I bake 12 of my bread like quiche then bake 12 over hard eggs. I then assemble sandwiches with cheese and meat and refrigerate. I can make six meals with not much effort.Pans are non stick and high quality. I still use a bit of spray oil. To make eggs, spray each circle with about a 1/4 sec very short spray, Crack eggs into each. Split yoke for over hard style, but don't mix. Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 12 min (might vary). Eggs look a little unnatural, but taste like over hard eggs. If you want over easy, don't split yoke and bake less time. For scrambled, mix in a bowl first and spoon in and bake until desired doneness.For the "bread", use your favorite low carb option and bake according to the recipe. See photos for my efforts. I just need to get some sandwich sized reusable containers now.

Great addition to making my eggs for breakfast. No need to use my small aluminum pans to make my morning omelet!
