I can't give this keyboard any less than 5* and for a variety of reasons. Firstly, it looks amazing - it's a sleek design, it's responsive and its easy to type on. Secondly, it's easy to set up - connecting it to up to 3 devices (1 USB and 2 Bluetooth) is seamless with both the mouse and the keyboard, and its also great value.However for me, the value of this keyboard is the customer service behind it - I had an issue with my keyboard where the ' key wasn't pressing reliably on the keyboard - you had to press it pretty hard to make it register. Very annoying. I contacted their customer service team who did a few quick tests with me (Is it charged, does it happen on any other keys, is there anything stuck in it, etc.) After confirming none of these were true, Mia from the Customer Service team offered to refund me or provide a replacement. I love the product already from my use over the last few months, so I knew I didn't want a refund - they dispatched me a replacement, and it arrived not 2 days later, on a Saturday. The new keyboard and mouse are just as great as the first, and I'm fully confident I made the right choice purchasing this one when its backed by such amazing customer experience.10/10 I cannot recommend - it functions fantastically, its so easy to connect and reliably stay connected and there's next to no lag. You'll notice occasions where it takes a second to connect, but that's because its gone to sleep whilst you were distracted to save power.

I needed a dual mode keyboard + mouse for my older desktop (wireless) and laptop (bluetooth) so that I only needed one set for both.Not so easy to find this, but so far works perfectly. Easy to set up and switch between both modes and computers. Looks good and well made, slimline for both, but no problems with mouse. Just hope it continues to work well (see poor reviews)!

I purchased this keyboard and mouse set to replace my Jelly Comb wireless keyboard and mouse.The keyboard is very sleek and good looking with it's slim and sleek design.It has a nice colour combination - just wish the grey casing was a bit darker.It's has great functions with the option to use a USB-A dongle or bluetooth to connect device and it and be connected to 3 devices (1 usb and 2 bluetooth), switch between them with a push of a button on the keyboard and mouse.Battery life seems pretty good and recharging is simple with a USB-C cable.The downsides are that the mouse is looks and feels really cheap (especially for the price paid). It's good if you are looking for something slim and portable, but in my opinion it not very comfortable to use. It's quite slim, so it's not very comfortable on the hand after prolonged use.I also think at this price point, I would have liked the keys to be backlit.Overall it is a good keyboard and mouse and is recommended

Very easy to setup on Windows just insert the USB dongle and it is up and running.Keyboard looks and feels premium, keys have a nice touch and it is easy and comfortable to type on. Very thin so fits easily in a workspace.Mouse is very compact, not quite as good as the keyboard but works very well with no issues in tracking or scrolling.Good battery life, overall great value for money for the price

Keyboard and mouse is excellent for the price. Works very well over bluetooth on my MacBook, with no issues at all. Charge of both the keyboard and mouse last for days and can easily recharge while using.I can quickly connect them to my Dell laptop using the usb stick and connection buttons. It's a seamless switchHighly recommend for daily use of a few hours for study or play on your computer.

Quiet when typing or clicking on the muse. Light and slimline, compact and sturdy

Great communication from this company and Mia was very helpful in their customer service. One of the keys stopped working after 4 months. My keyboard was replaced without question after I sent in video with the problem

Very good keyboard and mouse set but I found it had issues so it's been returned.Pros:Keyboard - Quality build.Mouse - Soft very quiet clicks.Cons:Mouse - Very light and a bit plasticy.Keyboard - Very light with very few rubber feet so kept sliding around.Mouse & Keyboard - Small capacity battery which did not hold charge very long (had to charge it every day).Keyboard - USB dongle and Bluetooth connection very weak, short range and constantly dropping out.Keyboard - Sleep mode cuts in after just a few minutes (nowhere near the 30 advertised) and took 20-30 seconds to spring back into life.
