I Love This Iron!
I was a little skeptical that the iron was a little heavier and bigger than my previous iron, as I am a small person, but it's no problem for me. It gets hot quickly, has great steam, and I love, LOVE the LED control! It's so easy to choose your fabric setting. Love the retractable cord as well. It irons clothes fabulously! I was hesitant to pay that much for an iron since I don't iron much, but it is SO worth it! The vertical steamer is nice to have as well. I figure, "What do I have to lose with Amazon Prime? If I don't like a product, it's so easy to return, and it doesn't cost any postage". I thought I would be returning it, but no, I'm keeping it! I love it!

Efficient but a little heavy
Nice finish, easy to use and auto cutoff. The retractable cord feature was what I was looking for. Had a previous hamilton beach iron which lasted for more than 7 yrs with occasional use.

It's heavy
It's heavier and bigger than what I'm used to but it's a great iron. It heats up quickly, and removes wrinkles like a boss.

Received used product
Received a use product when I bought it new, it looked very used. Product seem nice but I didn’t want to risk it was a fixed or used product. I was very disappointed because the product look amazing and durable.
