Awesome light. Description writer very bad at geometry. :-)
Excellent light! The strip lights up a dark room like it's daytime. Broad and very bright lighting. I have barely used the spotlight because mostly I use it for close-up work like mounting lighting fixtures (in the dark since power must be off). It is a right-handed light and I'm left-handed but I'm used to being overlooked in that way for my whole life so no big deal. Just found out about the motion sensing part reading this item description today (received as a gift) so will have to try that. I will say that on full power on the LED strip, battery life is maybe 3 hrs... I found out the hard way. Motion sensor would be handy to help me turn it off between needing it as I would forget when I went outside and left it on continuously. Some description of the buttons somewhere would be nice, other than having to go look it up on amazon.Nit pick? They say the LED band is a 230 deg band. Look, 180 deg would be half way around your head which this light strip CLEARLY does not reach half way around your head. It might be a 90 or 120 deg strip light, but it is absolutely not 230 deg. Come on folks... either get it right or just don't say it. \soapbox

Works as intended and more
Work great! Haven't had issues charging, I was concerned about that based on other reviews. Versitle uses. It's been used for general home maintenance, seeing into crevices, and working on a puzzle with hard to differentiate colors. Could be good for crafting as well if working on something that needs bright light.

Awesome and very handy!
Very handy! Work great! Husband loves them. We have them stashed everywhere! RV, shop, tool boxes, cars! You never know when you will need them. Very bright light when you need hands free!

This light just isn't for me
These were surprisingly decent headlights. I got through tons of headlights and this is the first time I had one like this were the light is soft and foldable. The strip light on the front is an ultra wide light that simply illuminates everything in front of you while the side beam is more of a spot light that will focus a lot of light at one location. The only issue for me with the spot light is that the beam travels along the side of your face where your eye is due to where it's located. After a few mins of using it my right eye begins to strain so I shut it off and go back to the wide beam. The wide beam im not crazy about because in the summer and outside because the beam is so wide and bright it seems to attract every flying insect within a mile radius straight to my face. So as much as these headlights do as they say they do they're just not for me. Im going back to my single light in the front where I can control the brightness and make it wide or spotlight. Also I like to have a red beam as well so I don't attract bugs where this one doesn't have that option.

Great headlamp for the price with handy features
These headlamps are great. I store them throughout the house and all the vehicles, you can never have too many. They charge up quick and last a long time. The band loosens up overtime, but nothing worth demoting a star. Will definitely purchase again!

Great product!
These are perfect. I use them when working on my cars or walking the dog at night. Very bright. Buttons are easy to use and function as explained. I keep one in my car, one at my house, and one at my lake house. Perfect!

Good buy for light weight head light.
Work great battery life last for me on high strip light 4 hours. Also I tend to break out (acne) with other head lights, did not break with this hand light.

Would be a 5-Star Review EXCEPT for included charging cable issue.
I bought the 3 headlamp set to always have extra light available for when I'm crocheting at night and/or using dark yarns. Aging eyes welcome additional light in these instances.Instructions were easy to follow & I happily crocheted away until my headlamp began to dim as its battery was losing its charge. Then frustration set in. Despite using the included charging cable I could not get the USB-C segment of the cable to seat properly in its port. The cable literally would fall out of its socket. No indicator lights displayed. The female port was simply too big for the male connection. So frustrating. I've NEVER had a problem with any charger connection like this - EVER!I hope the manufacturer finds a way to make this crucial feature fit more securely. As it stands now, I haven't any way to recharge my headlamps. I'll keep trying to think of a way to make these work as I have a longer return window this time of year to try to solve this problem before I am forced to return this item as non-functional. Until that happens I cannot recommend this product.EDIT: The seller reached out to me almost as soon as I posted the review above. So, 5 stars on customer service. They offered to send me a new set of headlamps at no charge with no need to return the initial set. The second set arrived within days of this interaction.Regrettably, the second set also had the same issues with recharging. I've managed to push & shove & hold my tongue just right (as I tend to do with concentrating on any particularly vexing problem) enough to get the headlamps to charge. BUT doing so was no easy feat. Believe me, I tried all sorts of permutations to find a recharge method for the lamps. My point is that while the headlamps are a delight to use, getting them charged pretty much defeats their usefulness. Therefore, much as I appreciated the quick customer service, I still cannot recommend anyone buy these until there's a major improvement in the recharge feature. Either a better connection between the cable & the headlamp, perhaps a better cable, perhaps a better headlamp? Users should not have to battle to get a good connection. I truly wish the company well as they seek to improve their product. For now though, pass.
