Perfect for physical therapy and balance training
I went to physical therapy for plantar fasciitis and one of the exercises they had me do was to stand on one foot on one of these for several sets of 40 seconds to a minute. I decided to get one for myself and I think this one is even better than the one at physical therapy. It is holding up well and it always returns to its original shape quickly. The softness/firmness level seems just right. It is a challenge, but it’s supposed to be. Definitely recommend for balance work and physical therapy.

Great pad for cushioning my knees
I really love this pad. I have arthritis in my knees and this is helpful in cushioning my transition down to and up from the floor. I also use it for my yoga poses that involve my knees, whether it's cat/cow, child's pose, or lunges. You can also use it for balance, to work the small leg and foot muscles. I love the purple color.

Love this Balance Pad
I have balance issues and took pilates to help get some stability back. My teacher started me using a balance pad and it works really great! I bought one for home and she recommended this particular brand. It really makes you work your core.

Works well for balance exercises and stand up paddleboard muscle / balance strength
This is like balance pads used by therapists. Order the largest size if you want to stand diagonally on it with both feet. Great for improving balance. Useful to train muscles for balance for stand up paddleboards. You will feel your muscles in your legs when you start using it. Good thickness and quality.

Post lumbar sturdy pt pad
For the price guess it's ok. But I've had it a week, it's breaking down like a pillow. I'm going to upgrade. If you need a pad for post lumbar. Shop for higher price. I'm doing it , put i find a sturdy one

Good cushioning
This pad is excellent for me to sit on to alleviate the strain on my knees when I stand up .My physical therapist recommended it. I find that it does help me stand better.
