Very good vitamin supplements 😎

Very large tablets but do what I need
The tablets are brilliant for the job they do very difficult for me to swallow although my husband has no problems. So I chop them into smaller size. Really reasonable price and they are ideal for what I need them for.

You have to swallow 3 x 2000mg tablets to consume 1000mg of calcium. Many of the pills are broken. Does not feel like high quality. There are cheaper options available.
