Everbuild 405 High-Performance Path and Patio Seal – Solvent-free – Clear – 5 Litre

We wanted a sealer for our coping stones that gave an impervious surface coating to prevent staining, moss and algae getting a hold and to protect against bird lime. This works very well, is good value and is very easy to apply. After cleaning the coping stones using a pressure washer, we simply rollered the sealant into the surfaces. The first covers reasonably well but the second coat goes much, much further as the surface has already been sealed by the first coat. It doesn't change the colour of the stones once it's dried and gives a slight sheen to the surface. Bird droppings either wash off by rain or with a hose, or can be flicked off when dry.

Just jet washed the flags on drive and patio and garden paths and steps. The area was very large so used three 5 litres in total. Only applied one coat and the finish is great. Slightly shimmery. Hopefully will stay a bit cleaner after all the hard work. Easy to use with a roller. Very thin so used a paint scuttle with a liner to later just remove and throw away. Very pleased with this product.

This product is excellent value for money. It is on sale in B&Q for £22. My father in law jet washed and applied 2 coats with a roller. The first coat was a dull sheen and the second coat has given it a nice sheen. I would definitely buy this again and from the supplier.

Used this in the sprng and was quite pleased with the way it dried. However now that we are having a lot of rain it seems to be washing off which is not ideal for the winter. Would not buy again.

Sealer arrived quickly. Was easy to apply. I read the instructions and used a roller to apply the sealer to my Indian sandstone. I applied to applications of the sealer and the second coat went on quicker than the first. I did notice than the sand stone paving looked darker after the application, and in a comply of places I thought it also looked slightly blotchy. It definitely looks slightly darker with a wet look. I’m hoping it will do the job and keep the Indian sandstone cleaner for longer.I’ve added some photos. The first is when I cleaned up the sandstone and the second is one taken after applying the sealer.

Does what it says on the can, easy to apply and makes the patio look like new.

Perfect to revive a seal a granite patio!I was looking for a product that could revive my patio that has been laid for 7+ years and wanted a mid-sheen finish. After jet washing, allowing to dry and 3 coates this done the job, perfectly!! Really pleased in comparison to other brands I've used.
