I have nothing but good things to say about the seller and the product. The fireplace arrived quickly and packaged very well. The instructions were clear and assembly easy as long as you followed the directions. Once it was assembled everything worked great with the exception of the remote. We reached out to customer service and they got back with us within the same day and said they were sending a new remote. It arrived quickly but did not fix the issue. We recontacted them and went through some troubleshooting and it was determined the issues was not the remote, it must be the receiver within the fireplace unit. They replaced the fireplace unit without hesitation. We installed it in the cabinet and everything worked great, including the remote. A+++++ company to deal with!!!

It took me about two hours to put it together with the help of my 8 year old daughter. I wish it was a little taller but the kids love the lights.

It took about 5 hours to put together with 2 people but sooo worth it! I’m so happy with it! This is the 75”. The only thing is I wish the flames were higher, but it is ok! It’s beautiful! I’m very happy with it! Also, my tv remote controls the fireplace. I need to figure that out!

I gave it a 4 star because now that it's together it's super pretty but it was hard to get it to this point. This is not easy to put together partly because of the cheap fake wood they use. We will not be able to move this thing without it breaking. I really expected better quality for how much I paid. The fire place piece is super nice and it has great colors. Also don't follow the instructions on how to put the LEDs ...they tell you to put them on the back of the fire place. You need to feed them through the holes on either cabinet space and stick it to the top for the LEDs to shine on the cabinet space. Not the back of the fireplace. The heat works and only two parts of the wood was damaged in transit. We of course didn't see that until we were half way done so we will live with it. Still disappointed for the quality.

Nice looking stand, and good Customer service, I put a larger screen on it that what the max capacity says, but am also securing to the back wall. First Stand arrived broken by shipping company but seller responded right away and replaced it with a new one, best part was dealing with the seller, great company and very nice looking stand, pic attached.

If you're needing a fireplace TV stand this is the one to get, ive had it since December and I'm still walking by it saying man I'm glad I bought this one cause it's perfect

The media could not be loaded. After a few weeks of owning this piece of furniture with a 3D fireplace.... seems to be doing great. We bought the largest one because we have an 85" TV. The delivery came sooner than expected. However, when we unpacked all the pieces we noticed a few had damage. Unfortunately the damage was on the outer sides where they can be seen. We contacted the seller through Amazon and they were very responsive and rectified the issue. Thank you seller.We knew putting this unit together was going to take some time, after reading some reviews.We started at 12:30 p.m. and finished at 8:30 p.m. Yes, it took us 8 hours. I (the husband) am pretty good with tools and putting things together. My wife is the best assistant. And it still took us that long. The instructions are great. There's just a lot to do. Again this is the largest size. There was a lot of packaging material to throw away too. We had to take a trip to the trash dump.Our overall review; this item is a very good solid piece of furniture that looks great and it does the job. The ONLY reason we gave it 4 stars was due to the damage it had. However, the seller was very responsive and helped us out. I would recommend this item for someone that is looking for an ideal wall electric fireplace.
