Q: Can these lian li uni sl-infinity 120 fans be used as radiator fans?

I've done a ton of research on static pressure fans (what you want for coolers) and the sl-inf actually perform excellently in that regard. They are in the top 85-90% of best static pressure fans, and that is probably underselling them slightly. They are also amazing at simply moving air as case fans.

Q: If I were to purchase two sets of these, would it be possible to use the y-splitter to power 3 front fans and 2 bottom fans with a single controller?

Yes and you wont even need the splitter.Im currently running 6 fans on one controller with no splitter.

Q: Can you control a cluster in software other than L Connect like Asus Armoury with the controller? Like fan speed for cpu is different than the rest?

The 3 pack comes with a cable you can plug into the controller that plugs into a fan header and argb header of the motherboard so that you can control them through armoury create. You have to switch to "MB Control" in the L-Connect 3 software. Not sure how well the level of control would be in any other software other than L-Connect 3 though.

Q: I am buying the 140mm fans size which don't have a connector. Is the connector in this 120mm kit compatible? How can I buy it?

Connector? That could mean so many things when talking about these, but if you're talking about the pinned connector that connects the fan to the controller or the mobo, then the answer is no, because they're different voltages, but if you actually meant the controller hub, since I can't figure out why you wouldn't have the pinned connector that comes with the fan, then the answer is yes, you can use one controller for either size.

High quality fans

I don't have to say much about Lian Li products, their stuff are always high quality and works flawlessly. These fans are gorgeous with the new infinity mirror designs and the fact we can group these fans together means less cable clutter, so it's easy to cable manage. Noise wise everything is fine, the noise starts to be noticeable after 1100 rpm mark. Performance of these fans are good, I never needed to go above 1500 rpm under load, I run a system with I7-13700K / RTX 4090, and everything stays under 60C during heavy load. The software is good, had few hiccups but after updating to the latest firmware, everything runs smoothly now. I highly recommend these fans if you want to add a new look to your PC.
