Full-size strength but much smaller. Less room in the daily pill container and easy to swallow. I have used Puritan Pride products for 20 years and the quality and price is spot on.

Easy to Swallow
These coated caplets are easy to swallow. I was taking this product regularly for about six months in 2023. It seemed to help with my arthritic knee pain at first, but then became less effective, so I stopped taking it. I re-ordered this product in 2025 to take in conjunction with other supplements. I have been taking it daily since 01/06/25, but I haven't noticed any difference in my knee pain. I will continue to take it until all of the pills are gone and will update this review if any significant changes occur.

My knee joints, ankles and toe joints used to always ache after a long day at work. Then I started taking this product. Shortly thereafter, I quit working 5 days a week and went down to 3 days of work. Now my joints feel 40% better.
