I ordered this last night and oh boy it's already been delivered in less than 24 hours. The reason that I got this product was to strengthen my grip as I noticed that I tend to lose grip of a lot of heavy things even though I know to myself that I can handle the weight. I can't do deadlifts nor hang on a pull up bar even for just 10 seconds because I would lose my grip every single time. Hopefully this will help a lot.

The product works as advertised, however don’t expect to get instant veins in a week, or even a month like some ads suggest. You will notice some improvement than normal, however, nothing should ever replace reccomended workouts at the gym

I saw this on one of the physical therapy podcasts for tennis elbow. I bought it and used it for a week. It worked! Built well and durable. I still use it every day.

I bought it for straightening my grib,helping my drum practice since I just started learning it. It’s great that you can start from the weakest and progress when you get used it.

Truthfully I wasn’t expecting much because the price was so cheap but decided to give these a try. Glad I did because they are great. They have a wide range and it’s easy to set.

Delivery and all is good as expected but quality of this product is iffy. Materials are good it's just the way its made that lowers the rating for me. Not much range of motion, barely half of what is needed and desired. Just my opinion.

I had a wrist injury and have very weak grip strength, so it's hard to find a grip training device that works for me. most start from 10 kg which is too much for me. I love that you can adjust the strength from 5 kg to 60 kg, which makes it easy for me to start training and recovery and slowly progress. I also have very small hands(so small that I often need to purchase child size items) and am surprise that I can grip these comfortably.
