Writing the review after using it for nearly 2 years.Pros.The low-profile keys provide a smooth key travel.Build quality is good.Good battery life ( 6-8 months for keyboard and nearly 1 year for mouse).The print quality on the keyboard are goodcons.Not ideal for heavy/prolonged typing( some keys have already stopped working).The mouse has around 800 dpi. A 1000 dpi range would be better in this price range.Battery indicator doesn't work in the keyboard. So you should keep the backup batteries ready if working on a desktop.The scrolling experience in the mouse is not that great. It has a rubber grip, which gets loose frequently and slips over the wheel while scrolling.Some keys ( backspace, shift, enter, and some letters)wobble after a few months of usage.

I have been using the Dell Keyboard and Mouse Combo for a while now, and overall, it's a decent choice for office work and regular use. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the mouse has a smooth response, but it may not be ideal for gaming or heavy usage.

The product seemed decent at first, but after some use, the scroll wheel started having issues. When I tried to claim the warranty, the authorized service center asked for both the purchase invoice and the product slip (PSlip). Even after providing these, they insisted on a stamped invoice and PSlip, because the serial number wasn’t printed on the invoice, PSlip, or the product itself.I reached out to the Amazon support team, and they collected all the necessary details and product images. After waiting 10 business days, I was simply told that a new ticket needs to be raised because the seller isn't responding.This has been a frustrating experience. The seller is unresponsive and does not support warranty claims properly. I highly recommend avoiding this seller. Even if the product looks fine initially, it’s not worth the hassle when problems arise. Consider buying from a different brand or a more reliable seller.

Dell Peripheral Manager won't recognize this device.

Good set of keyboard and mouse. Offers fast connectivity to computer. The Dell mouse is very handy to use, has the correct curvature for the wrist, when compared to flat mouse provided by other companies. The keyboard is soft and very nice to use. Both the keyboard and mouse use one connector to the computer, and both devices come with on/off switch to save battery when not in use. Adds a good look and feel to home office setup. Excellent value for money, go for it.
