Delivered quickly, at a low cost. Fixed an ongoing problem with my lawn tractor - YEAH!!!

Very easy to replace, appears to be equivalent to original Kawasaki 540 part. Now have spark.

Installed on my John Deere 165 and worked perfect.

My chainsaw, an old Stihl 031 AV, stopped running because it no longer had any spark. Being so old, it uses points and a condenser for the ignition system - something that hasn't been used on modern engines in decades. So rather than try to hunt down obsolete parts, I used this module to convert the saw to an electronic ignition system. The process is really straightforward, just wire this to the coil in place of the existing trigger wire. The tricky parts was finding a place to mount this since there is not much room to spare. But I found a spot to tuck it under the coil, and the saw fired right up with great strong spark.
