Great quality easy to swallow
These were a reorder/replacement for my KAL magnesium in the tablet form. I prefer these capsules as they are easier to swallow and seem slightly smaller

This is a dependable good quality product that won't let you down.
When I was 40, I was starting to have issues with not being able to relax. I went to a great Dr. and he took blood, lots of blood, and had it sent to the lab where the Olympic Athletes use in Colorado. It came back that I had no Magnesium in my system and instead i had Manganese in high levels instead. I was working out hours /day 5+ days /week and riding my bicycle all over the place. So, I was sweating. The Dr. told me to go to the health store down the street and buy a bottle of Mag. Glycinate. Withing 3 days I was not getting worse and on the road to better health. I damaged my nervous system from the Manganese toxicity, but I was not going to die from this. Get a bottle, I Like KAL brand the best as it is usually a great value for the money. I've tried others and I always take them when I am gong to sweat a lot. This is a dependable good quality product that won't let you down. I take less in winter (less active) and more in summer (more active and sweating more). I now feel great.

The description was misleading, but it seems like a good product.
I bought this product a few months ago, used it, and didn't notice many benefits. However, today, as I consider buying a new one, I conducted some research on Magnesium Glycinate. I found that taking 350mg of Magnesium Glycinate does not fulfill the daily requirements of magnesium. I'll try to explain this in detail, hoping it will help others gain some knowledge. Here are the RDAs for magnesium for different groups:Adults (ages 19-30):Men: 400 mg per dayWomen: 310 mg per dayAdults (ages 31 and older):Men: 420 mg per dayWomen: 320 mg per dayThe amount of elemental magnesium in magnesium glycinate supplements can vary, as the magnesium content is only a portion of the total weight of the magnesium glycinate compound. When you see a magnesium supplement listed with a certain milligram (mg) amount, it usually refers to the total weight of the compound, not just the elemental magnesium. For magnesium glycinate, the elemental magnesium content is typically around 14% by weight. This means that for a 350 mg magnesium glycinate supplement, you would be getting approximately 49 mg of elemental magnesium. To calculate the elemental magnesium content, you can use the formula:Elemental Magnesium = Total Weight of Magnesium Compound × Percentage of Elemental MagnesiumUsing the example of a 350 mg magnesium glycinate supplement:Elemental Magnesium = 350 mg × 0.14Elemental Magnesium= 49mgSo, in this case, you would be getting around 49 mg of elemental magnesium from a 350 mg magnesium glycinate supplement.Which means, if you take 4 pills of magnesium glycinate per day, you will get nearly 49mg of magnesium. It's approximately 12.25% of the daily requirements for men. Please, KAL or someone, can you explain here if my explanation is valid or correct me if I'm wrong?Due to these mentioned issues, I gave the product a 3-star rating.
