After a recent low back injury (mild) I did t feel safe when walking. I tried using a cane but the leaning to the side resulted in poor posture. These walking ‘ sticks ‘ make me walk upright, I feel safer, my stride length has returned to near normal, and I’m also now able to walk off trail with confidence. These trekking poles are light weight and very easy to adjust. I will soon travel to Colorado to visit my Son and the trekking poles will easily fit into my suitcase. They are a must for improving balance and safety during my daily walk ….. maybe your’s too !

A few short weeks before taking a trip to Morocco, my husband took a nasty spill. I was afraid his fractured ribs and ankle would keep him from enjoying the tours we had planned. I bought these walking sticks to make the adventure doable. First off, they were light and easily packable. The convenient carrying case was a bonus. Not only did these sticks fit in my duffle bag without a problem, they took little room. We had several walks on various surfaces. Some tours had us walking for hours. My husband was able to keep up. While only using one stick, he was able to easily get on and off the bus and last up to 4 hours walking. I highly recommend this product. The bonus selfie stick lasted for part of the trip. It wasn't constructed well but it was free.

Husband uses a cane to get around when we are out (actually one of these with a T-Handle). But doesn't want to put stress on it or have to readjust it for around the house.One of these set shorter than his walking cane is great for getting up and sitting down, and can be used as a walking stick if you're familiar with knob handle canes. The other stick he keeps fully extended to use it to lean on if he has to be on his feet for a while.So far no collapsing issues, everything stays tight where it's set. The shock absorber works well for him with standing up and sitting down. It's good for walking if you use it as a cane and set it a bit higher than your normal cane. The leaning stick he keeps locked, but be aware that even locked there is a small amount of spring tension.

So far, these poles are great. We ordered them for my wife who has trouble trekking down some steeper hikes, and to save her knees, we decided to get some hiking poles. We stopped by the local sporting goods store, though were shocked at the prices there ($100+ for poles, and these were the basic ones, not the special ones that commanded almost double that).These do have conflicting info on the webpage - title says carbon fiber, description says Aluminum. They are most certainly Aluminum, so don't expect them to be feather weight. However, they are strong and work great. The selfie stick is an odd addition with poles, but we were looking for one anyways, so it was a great price to have both. If I bought these in the store, I'd expect them to cost at least $50-75 when compared to others that were available. Toss in a $10 selfie stick, and this is a down right bargain.Quality control is a small issue for the snow nob attachment, though the seller was very quick to fix the issue and send a replacement. Great poles for an amazing price!

Everything has gone well with the order. It arrived before it was scheduled to be delivered. These are wonderful trekking poles, very sturdy and a great value for the money. I really love that they are adjustable so everyone in the family can use them. This is actually my second purchase of this brand from this seller. My kids and husband like them too so I had to purchase a second set. I would not hesitate to order them again.
