When my blender unfortunately got damaged, they immediately honored the warranty and promptly replaced it.Good blending availablity, Sufficient Jars are provided for different purposes and add on is this that i use to take shaker in Gym,as some customer is saying that there are smell issues but i didn't find, at first day there was a small smell from motor which was gone after 1st use.Highly recommend this product!
