Works exactly as expected. And having a one direction removal makes me feel it's much more secure. The fitment is precise, but the notch to lock is generously big, so the locking mechanism feels secure and easy to remove at the same time.Big note - at room temperature, it slides out like butter. It's so smooth and feels so fun it's almost like a fidget or playing with a zippo lighter. But, in colder temperature like 48-58 degrees outdoors, it becomes harder to remove. You both have to press the button slightly harder, and the metal seems to bind together more. It takes a bit of push/force to remove/slide it back on.I'm guessing because the tolerance is so tight, the metal shrinks and makes it slightly tighter. It's not stuck stuck, but you can't slide it on/off easily without looking like you can in room temperature.I have 3 of these attached to stick/chest mount/gopro. It's amazing to disassemble the whole thing to pack within 3 seconds.

This support is very useful to lock/unlock the camera, works really well, feels nice (aluminium) and quality is highest possible.

This quick release makes your life way easier to change your camera through the different mounts that you have or need. Very nice and simple to use. You will like to have it.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet although it seems to be a good fit.

Almost perfect for GoPro and GoPro Max as of right now. Minor testing seems to be holding up well. GoPro plate one minor issue with screws on the bottom being a little loose, so will remove and secure with loctite. Wish they sold the base plates separately. If they could cut out arca swiss dove tail then it would be perfect, but that is asking a lot from this already small package. One concern might have is the release button doesn't lock hopefully no problems with it accidentally coming undone. This is good for 360 shooting as it does not show outside the stitch line, so no artifact. The Max is large, so not sure about other 360 cameras.

I bought these for quick release vlogging in my car. I enjoyed these so much I purchased for every tripod and camera I have. They are pricey but when you have multiple recording devices and need to switch out from tripods or mounts quickly this makes it so darn easy!! I use my insta360 x3 as a dash cam and use to have to unthread every single time I got out the car. I'm so happy I found these and I'm able to dock and release the cameras so easily!

I use the X4 for YouTube motovlogs. This allows me the ability to mount the camera on the bike and quickly remove it once I reach my destination or for a battery change. This is a must have!
