Far and near infrared
This lamp is very good. It is sturdy, but very heavy. I do home physios so it is not practical to drive around with, but for clinic use it is very good. My patients have not reported any significant changes with this item, but I will update same.

Relaxes muscles
excellent product, for some reason, the light makes me relax and sleep which is a good thing for me. It helps with muscle pain and that sleep promotion that this product gives is a bonus.

A decent infrared light lamp
This is my first infrared light lamp, I got this type because it has both far and near light. Overall quality is decent, but due to the weight of the head, it is hard to adjust the position of the head. It is constantly coming out of the socket and usually doesn't stay in the position I need it. The base of lamp is rather heavy, I guess to balance off the head, and it's rather hard to move around. But I am very pleased with how the lamp works, it gives me a relief from different ailments, even though I haven't been well completely from what I hoped for.

Head is only 5". Company lied :(
I asked on the questions size of the head and the company answered 7". This was untrue. I received the lamp and its only 5". The plastic around it may be 7", but the heating element and plate is 5". Deceptive :(

Sooooo soothing!
Has near Infared, far Infared & red—3 in one, but I think the NIF & Infared are combined? Need to call the company to make sure—pamphlet is only 4 pages—does not have “power output information”. But, I really like it. Head has 1500 hrs & replacement head is $70. Used it before my nap & passed out♥️♥️♥️. I have just about every kind of arthritis. I am 73. I have been using it for about 2 months now. Love it‼️
