I went out to start my car in order for me to drive to work and my $225.00 battery was dead. First thing I immediately did was panic. I had 40 minutes to get to work. Second thought was, what the heck am I gonna do. That was my second thought. My third thought was, get an uber and go to “O’”, I better leave that part out. So I called one of those independent cab drivers and they sent me this gal that didn’t know she was driving me to, “O”, to get a battery and then back to my house. She was so mad. She even said out loud, “ I got out of bed for a $5.00 drive?”. Um ya it’s only a mile from my house. So I tipped her $10. Cause I was tired of her moaning about getting out of bed for a 5 dollar ride. Anyway I got my battery, threw it in my car and drove to work.As the day clicked away I thought about what happened that morning. Long story short I played the victim and stayed in bed for 3 days. So Tuesday I manned up, got ready for work, got out to my car, got inside and turned the key and you know what I am about to say? Are you sure?Would you like to find out what happened when I turned the key.🔑 Are you calling me an idiot right now? I would be if I was in your shoes. But I can’t possibly do that unless….The darn car wouldn’t start. Another dead battery. I’ll bet you didn’t see that one coming, did ya? Well it was dead. My cars radio will come on when it feels like it and then will sometimes shut off when it feels like it. But nope!! That jump pack is awesome. I ain’t kiddin ya. I have never used one of these jump packs before. I wish my neighbors car batteries were dead too. I felt the need to jump more batteries. If there was a guy standing behind a ticket booth selling tickets to jump start batteries I would be his first customer and his last customer. It seriously worked better than I thought. This jump pack is very light. I thought it would be heavy when I ordered it. I like that it has a case you can keep it in. Place it in your trunk or a boot if you have one of those. Or there’s always the option to put it in your back seat, or on the floor behind one of your front seats.I highly recommend this jump packs. You never know. You could almost have the same thoughts as me thinking you would never need one of these. It’s always better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.This unit is a no brainer. We purchased the AVAPOW 6000A Jump Starter on January 15, 2024, when our son's car wouldn't start. We have battery cables that are very long, but they would not reach his car where it was parked. Pushing the car out of its location was not going to work. Not wanting to call in a tow service, I researched battery jump starters and settled on the AVAPOW 6000A because of its favorable reviews.The AVAPOW 6000A did not disappoint.I placed the order on a Monday morning and received AVA the next morning before 8:00 am. Upon arrival the AVA was very cold, so I let it warm up for a couple of hours and then plugged it in to charge it up. It may not have needed a "fresh" charge (all four lights indicated the AVA was up to full power), but I plugged it in, "just to be sure."When our son was home from work, I took AVA to him for its initial performance. We opened the hood to his car, clipped on the power clamps, and "hit" the key to start the car. The car started just like there was a brand-new battery installed. It took us longer to open the hood on the car than it did to start it.Not knowing what to expect, my son and I were very impressed with the AVAPOW 6000A. It did what it was designed to do.I put the AVA back into its case and stuck it in a "tools" box in the back of my car waiting for the next time it was needed. That came about two weeks later when we went to a friend's house and his neighbor approached us asking if we had jumper cables.I told him we didn't have cables, but we could give the AVAPOW 6000A a shot.He had a car and a pickup truck that wouldn't start after sitting idle since the fall of 2023. He was in Florida for the winter and both vehicles were not driven or started. As for the Camaro the neighbor needed time to remove the cross-member and wasn’t ready to do that when we were there.
