The glass lasts, the lids wear out...may want to order extra lids proactively.
lids crack after being washed in dishwasher and microwaved...I recommend you do all possible to limit oxidation of the lids by chlorine from dish washer as well as deterioration related to excessive heat.

Pyrex is Pyrex. You can't go wrong. Love it. I don't use it in the freezer, but I do go straight from fridge to oven.
