Still going strong 2 plus year
I purchased this phone over two years ago (as a repaired unit), and it’s still my daily driver today. The performance is excellent, with a high processing speed that handles everyday tasks effortlessly. The cooling system works great, and the durability is impressive—it’s held up incredibly well over time. The camera is decent, though understandably not on par with newer-generation phones. I do plan to upgrade to the S25 Ultra someday, but for now, this phone has been a lifesaver. The screen quality is still solid even after 3–4 years, and as a Samsung Note, the functionality and features speak for themselves. The only issue I’ve noticed is that the back recently started to come loose. That might be due to prolonged use of a case where I stored a card and frequently removed it, causing stress on the back panel. Still, for a repaired phone, it’s been absolutely awesome. Highly recommended if you're looking for reliability and long-term use.

I won't be needing another phone for quite some time.
I just got mine four days ago today and may I say I was SUPer skeptical but I have been impressed from day one. My phone connected to everythinh wit b out a problem. My phone chip installion wasnt a problem. Everything about this phone is pretty great. The phone itself is glass so I got a case immediately. I wanted to wait a few days before I did a review just so I could get a good feel and I am thoroughly impressed. The only thing is the finger scanner is not as good as some other phones but that's okay because of the abundance of other features so I really don't mind. I would definitely recommend so far! Later on down the line I will update this comment with how things are going. I will also share photos later as well.

Upgrade Long Over Due
10 years ago I upgraded my phone into the modern Era of Smart Phones with a Note 4. And for nearly a decade, the Note 4 was an amazing technological advancement to my life and served me extremely well. Providing years of entertainment, but as with all technology, eventually it becomes outdated, and obsolete, and I began to encounter apps that no longer could be used with it.Hence my purchase of the Note 10+. While I was hesitant on a refurbished phone for obvious reasons, I still made the choice to attempt my luck. And let's be honest, with Amazon's amazing customer services, if something was to go bad, arrived damaged, etc, I knew it'd be taken care of anyway. My phone (and case I purchased separately), arrived exactly on time. Packaging was very simplistic. The phone was wrapped in bubble wrap sleeve inside a small box, inside another small box. Phone condition is nearly brand new with the only blemish physically on the very top near the Sim/SD slot resides. This isn't an issue for me as I refuse to own a modern cell phone without a case for protection anyway, therefore the small blemish isn't visible. The only negative I would say is the fact they did not include the little "key" that's used to open the SD/Sim card slot. While a simple paperclip works just as effective, that's not exactly the point either after spending $460 after taxes for the device. The difference is immediately noticeable in pure functionality and speed. While I did attempt to transfer via the Smart Switch option from my old phone to this one didn't work (tried via wi-fi as I didn't have a cable), I'm actually glad I simply did it manually. It's not that difficult to transfers phone numbers anyway, and manually downloading my apps simply showed me just how much faster this phone operates over my previous phone. The larger screen is obviously nice, and I find myself not not making as many Grammer mistakes as I was toward the end with the previous phone. Autocorrect isn't exactly perfect afterall lol, and the screen size helps to hit the right keys. The phone does feel slightly heavier, but not so much that I foresee that being an issue either. The only negative that I really would have isn't even related to my purchase with the phone itself. Since the style/size of the Sim card has changed, I was forced to visit my carriers store and get a new Sim card. The process was simple enough to get a new Sim card and have it transferred to being current for calls etc. Thankfully my carrier is open on weekends, otherwise that would've been annoying if I had to wait days to activate the phone. But again, has nothing to do with my purchase or the product itself. Just keep in mind if you are like me, you may need a new Sim card if your current phone is an older model.Final thoughts/conclusion. I absolutely love the upgrade. $460 after taxes is a decent price, but far better than $1000s. Note 10+ is I believe 2 years old, but still relatively new without that high price tag. And if like my Note 4, should suffice my needs for many many years to come.I would highly suggest the Note 10+ as I learned the regular edition didn't have a SD card slot, which for me is always a must. Plus the screen size increase is worth the little extra imo.Again, everything operates smooth and fast. If you're thinking of an upgrade yourself but don't want to spend that high dollar price tag for more current day phones, this is a pretty damn good option.I've seen comments against the fingerprint scanner. So far, it's been pretty easy. While I'm use to swiping my finger, this one simply requires a press and hold motion for a brief moment. While I used my right index finger on my old phone, using my thumb makes this one so much more easier and superior as i can use only one hand for operation. You can add multiple finger prints, so easy to customize as needed. Now my case doesn't have a screen protector (my fault on the case style I bought), so that may effect how it reads, but even then I don't see it being that extreme of an issue. So yeah, I'm happy with it, glad I decided to buy it, and hopefully won't have to look at a new phone for another 10 years or so lol

Note 10+ 2022 Review
Seller: SnergyOrder Date: March 19th, 2022Order price @ Time of purchase: $419**The phone arrived arrived a few days after it's scheduled delivery date. Though the status of it was updated alongside actual package arrivals/departures so that was fine.Unboxing: Opening the unoriginal boxing the phone came in; It arrived in a plastic bag within a white cardboard box. The phone shipped with unoriginal wall adapter/brick & cable. And none of the OEM accessories like the AGK headphones nor an actual SIM Card Removal Tool. It came with a paperclip instead.Outside Impressions:• The phone was impressive lighter than my Note 9, which this phone was replacing. I noticed the weight difference immediately.• I inspected the rear glass and was blown away by the this color: Aura Glow. The finish and how well it captured light and reflected objects in its glass was and is still great.• The camera system was without damage or scratches.• However the metal frame of the phone at the bottom had deep grooves of scratches from a hard drop it seemed. It can be felt with hand and enough depth to catch on smooth surfaces. Damages were along the sides as well.• The build felt solid in hand, when I didn't focus on the damages from the past user. Study but light. Took some time to get used to.• The Screen was huge. 1440x3040 that can be turn down if you are concerned about batteyr life. Bigger screen to body ratio than my Note 9 as well while not bigger much larger in its actual dimensions for me. I have fairly large hands. What troubled me mostly was the damaged screen. It had a noticeable gouge in the screen towards the top right 1/4 of the display that simply could not be ignored. It was easily felt under thumb and finger and even visible with screen off/on.**I returned the phone asking for a refund as it was beyond regular wear and tear use. Synergy gave me NO problem whatsoever with this. And emailed me within a few hours to a day that they will process a full refund upon receiving the product back. I did pay shipping back for the device. I was disappointed with that however I am happy with Synergy's customer support even though my product was not as it should have been. It gives me confidence to purchase with them in the future as good customer service is hard to come by today. The only issues where the damages that I saw and tested the phoneAs for today, 4/14/22:I have ordered a new Note 10+ 512GB version this review is based on the good working device I received and couldn't be happier with the device itself outside of the features it loses from the Note 9. The Note 9 was truly the last no compromise Smartphone of the Era. So i wouldn't call the Note 10+ an upgrade > Note9(N9) as much as I would say a Left-Right change of features for the user..• Fingerprint scanner: In screen fingerprint sensor.. While consistent in my use, it is slow to read even with developer mode enabled.• Face Scanner: To make up for the "poor" speed of the FP scanner I make use of the face scanner feature to unlock the phone. This isn't the same as the Iris Scanner from the Note 9 (N9) and it is not as secure as the Iris Scanner but to serves my needs the same and is faster than the finger print scanner and faster than the Note 9 Iris scanner (both have .5 animation speed in developer settings).• The features of the S Pen are nice but I haven't explored them all. I do consistently use it for various tasks and apps and signing documents and editing.• Camera is very good. MANY settings in the pro mode and many camera modes itself. I use GCam myself. Big improvement I believe.• Still testing battery life as the phone learns user usage to better optimize battery will update• Phone calls are clear and good.• Speakers are impressively loud as well. I'm glad because I watch videos/play music (Netflix/Crunchyroll/Spotify) often. Bottom firing speaker and earpiece speaker sound good to the ear.Snapdragon chip, fast and 12gb of ram. No lag and running andriod 12, running 4.1UI but I have a launcher that I find suits my needs better. You won't be made at this phone in 2022. I only upgrade, at most, every three years unless phone is stolen/loss/damaged outside warranty. Definitely happy with the huge screen, faster chip, S Pen, SD card slot (fitted with a 1TB PNY) and factory unlocked.
