I've been struggling with staying hydrated during a cold even though I drank a lot of water so I turned to Pedialyte.I found that it works better when I filled my insulated mug with some ice cubes, some Pedialyte, and some water. It felt more hydrating and drinkable that way. Also I learned that you need some sugar to help the electrolytes do their job so I added some sugar. I noticed this was the sugar-free version when I bought it and completely forgot until I got to the 4th bottle of this pack so honestly I still having some trouble staying hydrated.I ordered the Advanced Care Pedialyte powder version this time (that has sugar) so I can adjust the portions. I found the taste of the Fruit Punch flavor to be alright, it wasn't strong nor tasted really sugary which I was thankful for.
