metal picker upper
works great. I use it picking up metal from my shop table and where I drop metal on the floor. strong enough for not embedded metal. beats bending over.

Great adhesion and release
My kids love picking up the magnetic sand and releasing it. It’s good if you accidentally spill a box of screws too. Not like I’ve done that…

Does the job but wish magnets were stonger
Purchased for picking up steel pins. It will pick them up but only about 8 oz at a time. I also wish it was water tight. Would give more stars but the magnets just aren't strong enough for my needs

Not As Advertised
If the unit isn't within 1/2" of small objects you won't pick up anything let alone 16 lbs. I tried using it for small stainless pins and I have to virtually touch the pin to pick it up and then it will only grab about 10 oz. of pins. There's a good video in the reviews that demonstrate this.I am debating on whether to go through the bother of sending it back or just throw it away.
